Beetroot, Carrot and Cucumber 🥤 .

This is a healthy and nutrious Vegetable Juice.These three veggies are low in calories but rich in dietary fibre which is half soluble and half insoluble and is good in reducing cholesterol, good for eyes,good for your immune system, skin and hair.

Beetroot contains vit C,vit B,magnesium,iron,copper,phosphorus.

Carrots are rich in Beta-carotene good for eyes.

To prepare this recipe :
Beetroot – 1
Carrot – 1
Cucumber – 1
Lemon – 1 small
Honey – 2 tsps for each Glass

Put all of them in a blender and blend it ✅

Have a delicious Juice 🥤

Love starting my day with Oats chocolate smoothie 🥣 topped with bananas and strawberries !! I have been eating this smoothie bowl after my workout and it
definitely gives me something to look forward to 😊Recipe details below 👇

Blend together:
🍀50 gms of rolled oats
🍀1 scoop of XS whey protein (1scoop 23gms of protein)
🍀1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
🍀1 teaspoon of flax seeds
🍀1 frozen banana
🍀A splash of any milk (your choice)

Finally top loaded with your seasonal fruits …

Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6 and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Strawberries are a good source of manganese and potassium. Just one serving -- about eight strawberries -- provides more vitamin C than an orange..

To make it I put 5 tablespoons of boiled oatmeal with water .once the water was consumed , I placed the oats in a bowl and added 1 scoop of XS whey protein, cinnamon powder , chia seeds and top loaded with strawberries and grapes 🍇

Boost your immune system, try our dry fruits ladoo 😊 Delicious, healthy and super quick to make energy balls.

Ingredients:

1 cup Seedless Dates / Khajoor
2 - 3 tbsps Cashew
2 - 3 tbsps Almonds / badam
2 - 3 tbsps Pistachios
2 - 3 tbsps pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp Ghee, (clarified butter)

Instructions:
1. Dry roast the nuts on medium flame for few minutes till they are crisp and aromatic . Let them cool.

2. Dry roast pumpkin seeds and flax seeds seperately till they splutter .

3. Coarse powder roasted nuts in a mixer . If you want you an just chop them finely too . Keep aside .

4. Later Coarse powder roasted pumpkin and flax seeds in a mixer . If you want you can jut crush roughly in just chop them finely too . Keep aside .

5. De seed and Chop dates to small pieces and run them in a mixer once .

6. Heat ghee in a pan and add dates. Saute on a medium low flame till dates become soft and pulpy . It may take 3-5 minutes depending on your quality of dates.

7. Add coarsely powdered nuts , flax seeds and pumpkin seeds powder to the dates .Mix everything well .

8. If you find dates and nuts mixture a bit dry you can add another spoon of ghee and mix everything together to form a mass. Switch off.
Note :Adding extra spoon of ghee is purely optional

9. When it’s cool enough to handle, make ladoos of your desired size .

Combine 1/2 cup oats 2/3 cup of any milk, 1 tbs chiaseeds ,1 tbs cacao powder ,1/2 tbs cinnamon powder,pinch of salt .let’s sit overnight .In the morning add dryfruits and strawberry with your fav chocolates 🍫
