With fiery acts toned with the cool splash from the foam cannon, ACLC College of Bukidnon had the wildin’ wet experience of a lifetime.

Ang Buwan ng Wika ay ipinagdiriwang tuwing Agosto bilang pagbabalik tanaw sa pagtalaga ng Filipino bilang pambansang wika ng Pilipinas. Sa taonang temang, “Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya”, pinapahayag nito ang importansya ng pambansang wika bilang simbolo ng ating pagkakakilanlan at kalayaan bilang Pilipino.
Sa unang pagkakataon, idinaos ng ACLC College of Bukidnon ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika sa araw ng sabado ika-31 ng Agosto, 2024 bilang pagbibigay pugay sa wikang pambansa.

THEME: "BUDGETING BASICS: PLAN, SAVE, INVEST."

10 am- 6 pm at Robinson Valencia Atrium, Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon
Financial Literacy for every AMAers, for every JUAN in general.
Usually, every program starts with an invocation, singing of the national anthem, official provincial song and lastly, the said city's official hymn.
First, as Welcome Remarks, Professor Millisa S. Equit shared factual information about the said financial literacy we have in our country, the Philippines.
Next to it, was the Overview of the Seminar Objective and the Introduction of the Speaker, by Sir Jeffrey G. Estillore. Follows the main part of the program which was the Keynote Address brought to us by the well-respected Resource Speaker, Mr. Christian John Bono Doverty, Licensed Financial Consultant, Marketing Head, BUPHARCO who maximizes the emphasis and significance of budgeting basics, these includes, making a financial plan, a saving plan, and starting saving and investing for future purposes - in short, getting into the habit of saving or investing money, one's time and resources as wisely as possible, as wisely as we can.
This part of the program continued until the afternoon, leaving the students with the best of advices and learnings. And not only that, a workshop was organized too, and was facilitated by Keynote Speaker himself together with the College of Business Administration Student Council. There was also an Open Forum (Q and A)/Feedback for the students to express their ideas, opinions, and views regarding on matters which matters most.
Then, the Awarding of Certificate of Appreciation/Awarding of Certificate for Students took place, followed by the Closing Remarks by our very own BSIT Program Head, Maam Rheina Merci B. Ong, and lastly, was the singing of the AMA Hymn, ending the program with a smile on their faces.
What a tiring yet productive day it was! Isn't it?
