KETO Cheesecake Cups
2 cups cream cheese (room temperature)�2 tsp vanilla extract�1 cup heavy cream�1 tsp liquid keto friendly sweetener�1 tablespoon gelatin powder
Melt gelatin.. as per packet instructions.
Let it cook but ensure it remains liquid.
Using a hand mixer, mix cream cheese, sweetner and vanilla extract.
Add runny gelatin.
Mix using a spatula.
In another bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks
Mix in the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream and mix using a spatula.
Dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
