South Africa's democracy maturity is set to be at its greatest test as the call for an independent Presidential candidate stirring up.

The former Chief Judge who has proven himself as a principled fearless leader during his tenure is seen as a savior by many South Africans.

Crime is taking the lead in pushing the social well-being of the citizens to its lowest point. The economic climate deteriorates while criminality in the form of corruption, theft, robbery, murder, drugs, and violence continues to be the order of the day.

While crime is linked to the economic meltdown it can not be ignored that the corruption which costs billions rip off South Africa from developmental services that may grow the very same economy.

If some of the housing budgets are wasted on corruption, housing will remain an issue. Then police can not chase nor trace the criminals in the absence of logical conducive human settlement.

Serving as a judge opens you to a wide range of criminal activities and laws around them. It may be ideal to have an incumbent that will strengthen the justice system to hold everyone accountable.

All political parties should guide against focusing on why he is not suitable as that may deter them from their respective campaigns. It is now that the political parties take people more seriously and provide more confidence as to how they going to change. things around, otherwise it's bad for every political party going forward.

Also saying people won't vote for him would be disingenuous without a solid reason. It must also be considered that he had been canvassed by the people for the longest time. He once said if the Lord says yes he must take the position, of course, he will. To compete with him, you need to prove a high level of honesty to your word, not a political statement, cause voters got matured over the years.

Fuel levy cut must be indefinite in SA. is an increase to every price including public transport which never goes down as it settles. It should remain untouched unless the impact is thoroughly studied and remedied, otherwise, the cost of living triggers wage protests.

If the majority controls, who then is in control of the societal problem if not them? The question is where to start, how about news literacy since everyone is a publisher now. What agenda is the community pushing today? Wealth is in the demand, and so as the problems.

28/05/2022

How much are we supposed for fuel?
The would be R14.11 including garage profits and distribution costs. The SA government is currently adding about R7.39 for levies and taxis. The big question is why such high levies are paid by the consumers? Surely there are related charges by the state from the logistics, manufacturing, and distribution which cover the very same such as Road Accident Fund and others.

SA is hosting one of the historical local government elections. The 2021 polls are the most unpredictable in the history of democracy.

The inclusion of the independent candidates is a game changer in the running of government. The decisions of the major political parties will get challenged and likely influenced by these new kids on the block going forward.

Only the 50+1 votes promise a smooth run of the municipality this time, otherwise, you may sleep as a mayor and wakeup an ordinary councillor at a blink of an eye.

One may also not overlook a series of the life changing events that took place over the past five years as one of the decision influantial factors among others.

The inception of social media has stirred a tremendous growth of political interest among many young South Africans which may factor in the expected results.

Ngizwe's bails realise kept the social circles abuzz with fans celebrating his return, parading his video clips where he lifted up and his newly composed songs randomly rolling on most posts.

On the other hand, the awards winning Maskandi musician Khuzani Mpungose issued a statement that never went down well to Macingwane's fans.

Eyes on NPA

Will the National Prosecuting Authority cope in the wake of the influx of cases due to the recent social unrest events in KZN and Gauteng. Social distance seems to be a challenge in courts too.

To measure the institunal capacity one has to zoom into the internal stability, success stories, credibility and the track record.

Four months ago the Prosecutors took to the street accusing NPA of racism, discrimination which leaves one wonder if the institution was ready to deligently deal with so much.

Aspirant NPA head who had also previously been tasked with monitoring the evidence that emerged from the state capture inquiry arrested for alleged corruption, which also speaks volumes about the caliber of leadership in such critical institutions.

“Serious consideration is being given to possibly holding an inquest into the death of the deceased. This is certainly not the end of the matter; we just need more work to be done.

This what the NPA had to say when the case was withdrawn due to a lack of evidence — a decision which angered activist organisation Sonke Gender Justice.

National Director of Public Prosecutions Shamila Batohi promised to repair the "massive credibility challenges" at the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) two years ago and judging from the above mentioned events it was not the case.

Fast forward to the recent arrests that involves more than 3000 people, including the ones accused of being the instigators of the recent riots, makes one wonder if the Justice will be served is such short turnaround time.

There had been many eminent arrests promises around the death of Soccer star Senzo Meyiwa which never materialised. All this makes one ask what will speed up the invistigations this time.

There are numerous high profile cases that has dragged for years and others got struck off the roll in the lack of prosecutable evidence later.

The history or the NPA's prcecution trend seemed to be bublicity driven because the suspects are paraded in the media and eventually set freely once their image is compromised.

The traditional culture of invistigating until reaching a prosecutable evidence before inviting TV was more effective and proctect both the institutional and sespect's image.

Humanity regress in SA

Let's take a moment to realise how we have forsaken our values and morality in exchange for what other people's perceived version of us.

One or more than a hundred families are worried as to how are they going to bury their loved ones, following the recent social unrest that took away more than 200 lives.

What is in the minds or lips of many South Africans lately including prominent people, is how these people were supposed to be arrested and die in the name of looting.

All it is despite the fact that everyone has a right to remain innocent until proven guilty by the the Court of law.

Celebration and encouraging the ex*****on of an innocent lives in the name of protecting maybe a serious regress in the Justice system and humanity as a whole.

Imagine everyone buying a gun as a form of effective protection against any theft in the country. South Africa banned death sentence, which is now seemingly taking place in a form of kangaroo justice system. If those who executed people could just get away with it without being scrutinized by the South African laws, seriously the country is in the deepest crisis.

South Africa is not new to riots and violent protests, It should have taken a reflection from the past events solutions.

The big question is who will effectively hold whoever was responsible for the prevention one of the biggest South African calamity in the history of violent acts acountable.

The voice of the church, human rights activists, media, government and the public at large is the scarcest commodity, ever hardly heard on the unfortunate loss of more than 200 brothers, sisters, mothers and mothers who wete left on the spot during the recent riots.

Blurry justice eyesight

Police are questioned how the consignment of 1.5 million ammunition was looted under their watch.

Still no answer why the police were not available when they were called to intervine.
There are live footages of the police in their cars watching innocent people getting assalted.

Police never showed up to prevent the looting complaining about capacity.
People were killed no one was arrested for that.

What is strange
Police are out in their numbers collecting items lootwd by multitudes of communities, using many forms of transportation.

Questions to ask
Do the police have the storage for all these items?
Do police have sufficient transportation of items not for attending crime scenes?
Do the police have the capacity to invistigate the cases of the suspects described as looters within a short space?

Not so long ago people with small cases were not kept in jail because of COVID which makes one wonder what has changed the norm?
How the police will differentiate a tip off as a result of personal hate within the community?
Did the police thought about the conflict they are stirring within the community?

Were the police not aware about the possible violent when Zuma was arrested?
Why the President in his first speech mentioned ethnicity as a concern for the riots which obviously would fuel the fire that was burning.
Why the investors are so relaxed about the whole thing.

Why it's not a big deal that more than 100 people died in few days, but COVID and deaths from other past protest, some which have far lesser fatalities, are still celebrated?
Assumptions

All the what is happening is part of provoking a civil war.
Community are made to hate anything that has to do with the police and possibly get them under attack.

Poor people will hate middle class people because they won't be affected by the confiscation of goods and arrest, while there were so many expensive cars carrying items.

Poor people who don't even a have a house to keep fridges and furniture are arrested for food to instill anger which is very crucial for the Civil War.

The police may be involved in the looting of the weapons which are essential in the civil war.
The Indian community was supported to kill blacks to encourage much needed anger for the Civil War.

Zuma was the critical component to ignite the social unrest. His arrest had to happen in a strange and in a manner that looks unfair no matter what to spark anger.
Real peace talks are not welcome as they mess the whole plan.

Why the Civil war
War where no one knows the real enemy is important if one want to take full control of people. They become so desperate that they accept anything as a rescue, irrespective of the intervention source or nature in relation to their moral values, beliefs logical reasoning. Peace to all.

War preparations

People are preparing for war on the other side and these were words from the South African Police Minister Bheki Cele.

Everyone encouraging the racial victimisation of others must be stopped, because what is coming in not known, but based on the history, it is going to end in tears of many innocent families.

Full container of ammunition was mysteriously looted in Durban. Cele discovered some of the boxes of ammunition which he siad can sustain a war for a period of months.

There were earlier voice notes giving instructions to acquire guns to prepare for the second phase of the protest. The VN was concerned about the other races who were armed. It may also happen that other races have those ammunition no one know at this stage.

There are also guns allegedly reported stolen around the PMB area. There is a second voice note stressing the need to destroy police stations and prisons. All this may not be true, but some of the voice notes were proven real afterwards.

Stay safe, preach peace, don't celebrate anything against injustice, even if it farvours you because that's the only thing that can sustain this war for many months or years to come.

Look beyond the obvious

Ignorance is the main catalytic game changer in the 4th wave of the new normal which is no joke.

For every problem to sustain, the truth must take cover. Bringing things to a logical true sense prompt critical thinking which is the scarcest commodity in the time of chaos and confusion.

Police Picket on racism

Black residents from some areas where most Indians and other races live are no longer safely allowed to pass through their homes in South Africa.

The members from the Durban Metro Police were among the innocent people that were shot at, blocked and harrased during the road blockages on their way home.

It is also allegedly that a member of the Metro Police was shot with more than 90 bullets on his way home. I called the Metro police last night when I saw the post with his picture next to a bullets ventilated car. The police said were not in a position to confirm the incident which I understood. if it never existed, I assumed it would have been easy to say they never heard of such as that response had no impact over communication delegations.

Indians and and white communities took out their guns to the street and block black communities from their areas. Phoenix, Verulam and part of Chatsworth are the prominent playgrounds for these racism acts for now.

After the call from the police Minister instructing communities from these areas to defend their properties, videos parading the killings and victimisation of innocent blacks started to dominate the social media platforms.

Most of the indians and white communities laugh at people preaching peace and discouraging these act, instead congratulate those beating and killing any black on the streets which they call it's theirs.

The Minister visited the affected areas and assured the community that those who looted will be dealt with and return the goods.

These violent racism acts could be now taking place off the camera, cause of the risk involved if exposing. Another reason the violent attacks on blacks are not dominant on the social platforms, are blocked and classified as either sensitive or violent by the the platforms.

Don't be mislead the looting has no significance impact on the economy: experts.

Big Three credit ratings agency Fitch sees the violence that has engulfed South Africa over the past week as a temporary glitch that will not have a direct impact on the country’s economic growth prospects and debt score, the latter languishing deep in “junk” territory.

These Fitch instead was more worried about the possible divisions in the ANC. To an ordinary South African, this report is very strange and achoed other investors who seemed so relaxed about the whole situation.

Some Investors blame all to inequality and poverty and the President concurred in his last speech. All this doesn't make sense if one notice how more than 100 deaths resulted in recent riots in SA are downplayed. Also what confuses most, what it was never prevented.

Some people are sharing what they call a new world order diary on the social media which list all the events unfolding and dates which include future dates. They claim what is happening is part of the bigger plan.

Civil War was also amongst the items on the list and the deployment of soldiers is welcomed, but the war tankers mean war is about to bigin. Most of the recent life threatening decisions are beginning not to make sense now, but prompt more fear.

Peace and law deserve no color.

Peace and law is supposed to favor everyone equally. If the poor blacks who survived bullets to collect items before they got burned must be prosecuted and items confiscated, the arrest of those who killed and publicly opened fire to during the same protest should be prioritised too.

No law pronouncement agaist those who killed and not much details have be shared about deaths as a result of the South African riots which claimed more than 100 innocent lives. At least their ages and gender must be provided, so it is easy to establish if died as a result of stampede.

What is highlighted mostly are two Somalians and one police officer which was very unfortunate, though not much details shared surrounding those deaths, specifically. The portrayed position of the law may make one feel those three deaths then justified more than 100 others like it was qouted during thd case of the past similar incidents.

Promominant word on the street now, is that those who died were criminals, who deserved to die. That can never be accurate until there is a court trial. The issue of shooting the protestors using real ammunition need to attended as soon as possible because it had set a wrong precedent and may paint inequality when applying the rule of law.

Overseas looting Style

Let's see how other countries loot peacefully.

13/07/2021

Who burns flats now?

City life is one of the tallest buildings in the corner of Smith and field Street in Durban. One FB fried did mention vacating sighting there were people allegedly tourching buildings.

Let's hope the presence of the army calm the situation down, but the fear is, the criminals operate on the slogan that says "kuqala thina kugcine Iphoyisa" meaning they always ahead and the law follows after they have accomplished their mission.

Seemingly what South Africa is facing now is deeper than what is on the face value. If an ordinary citizen was able to predict what is happening and many people rubbished it as madness, how much more those behind the riots.

Many leaders qouted the current situation as ticking time bomb each time a violent scenes emerged in the country. Nothing was done to address the potential hostile festivities we currently see.

The capacity of police, tools of trade, innovative crime fighting machanism were never improved to fight situations like these.

Our disaster teams, law enforcement agencies and crime fighting competence have been challenged. One ought to have been able to detect the magnitude and plan ahead.

Looting for inequality: investors

Inequality is a catalytic factor for the KZN and Gauteng riots and this is the view of the foreign investors as Peter Attard Montalto, Head of Capital Markets Research - Intellidex explained.

As much as lotting and violence can never be promoted or justified since it is classified as crime, we may not dispute inequality as a the catalyst.

Those who are affording, will hardly be motivated to go lotting, firstly for their image and the fact that people accuse them for being greedy.

The poor who doesn't have any hope for the next meal or better life easily see chaos or a truck eccident as an opportunity to better the life.

The big concern from many is that the lotting kills the economy, but some argue and say how they should care about something they don't know or which doesn't work for them.

In his speech the President Cyril Ramaphosa said the erupted riots has exposed somehow the level of inequality in our country.

12/07/2021

Will we all have soldiers on every street?

It's like the hell broke loose, empovarished black children hunting looting spots like vultures.

Indeed, it is no longer about Zuma, but the situation has taken the advantage of the losenned leadership structures.

The current situation shows that the existing leadership structures are in recess following the Zuma saga which has shifted a social focus.

The law enforcement agencies were only effective if operating within the fully effective structures.

Now that the community is now gradually getting divided, all the criminal acts start to manifests itself easily.

Other community races are sharing videos executing blacks and calling them names. Yes It is very painful to see the lotters taking away your last hard earned hope. The concern, a wrong message may come across wrongly to a black innocent man's mind and turn a simply criminal matter to a tribal issue.

The best solution is to join hands and send a joint proposal plea to the President.

Will gun fire solve the violent protests?

Boy, 15, shot dead during unrest in Pietermaritzburg, KZN

An 11-year-old boy died after he was shot with a rubber bullet during unrest at Southgate Spar in Pietermaritzburg on Monday morning. News 24 report.

While we are celebrating the announcement for the deployment of soldiers and encourage a more militant approach from the police, let's not forget that the gunfire may kill innocent shoppers.

Yes the presence of guns bring fear to the perpetrators, but anyone may be affected once used to dispense people. On the News 24 story above, rubber bullets were never designed for young kids who may have went for an honest shopping.

The community and President should also pay a closer look into the possibilities as a result of relying on the guns to solve the current problem.

Guns no solution but peace

Let's all choose peace as the shutdown threatening to go underground attacking infrastructure such as water and electricity to entensify in the wake of the police presence.

Guys this is way more serious than one may anticipate. Most of these people leave on the streets and shacks. This whole thing is hitting hard on the middle class who is generating tax revenue.

We may continue calling them fools, but once everything get sabotaged we will suffer like them. If the roads are closed, some these people don't get affected, cause they can't afford go no where. When we are worried about a mall they don't care, cause they don't shop there.

Let's wake up, who is losing, the tax payer who will foot the bill for infrastructure repairs. The Country administration could have seen this coming and avoided it at all cost.

Social unrest in SA

The greatest fools are ofttimes more clever than the men who laugh at them.

SA have new clever people, hey. Let's face the real issues guys. The history is repeating itself like we have been trying to avoid, through preaching peace because we knew the impact.I literally called well educated people about what was going to happen and everyone said I was paranoid, there is law in this Country.

What we are seeing children is social unrest which I been warning about. Some of you can't even understand what is going on, asking why people looting and destroying? I lose hope if some promising people will ask such obvious questions.

To those I spoke to, I described, what was at stake and it has happened accordingly. We know SA history, not from books guys. The current situation may get worse if we don't start preaching peace instead allowing divisions amongst ourselves.

If any feel I m stupid, it's okay, I take no offense but I write it, and I will keep it for my book titled "Fool VS Clever" I am thankful for the content from all who have been rubbishing me.

11/07/2021

The current situation is failing the police members because it is not a normal crime issue they deal with.

Both the lives of the innocent people and police are put at high risk as the protest outbreak get spilled over Gauteng targeting shops and malls.

JHB has so many congested areas wich are also the key areas for such incidents. You can deploy any number of police but they won't be able to open fire without putting the innocent lives under threat.

Arrest posing deadly situation is not from a leader: Former President Mbeki.

The Zuma's arrest price is continuously paid by many innocent South Africans. Businesses and life have come to a stand still to many who have been already directly affected by the ongoing violent acts.

Former President Mbeki once described a Leader who conduct an arrest that may cause many people to die as not a leader.

IFP leader has blamed the the President of the Country for his silence on the matter. EFF leader said had expected a suspended sentence on Zuma.

Former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela echoed PP Busisiwe Mkhwebane admitting that the sentence was not expected at Zuma's age.

DA federal council chairperson Helen Zille writes that she will never forget that, shortly after she was suspended by her own party, during a time when she was almost completely shunned by people in the DA, it was Jacob Zuma who reached out to her. Paragraph quote from news 24.

Sad old story

Let's s not pretend to be shocked by the events unfolding, the judge was appraised, the ANC, police Minister was also aware that there was no capacity of contain the negative effects of the Court decision should it go ahead as it was.

Let's accept and move on as normal because the number of people in Inkandla was also a tip off. The reason some spent time in the social media preaching peace was to avoid gory incidents like these.

Malema says in one passage, "if Judge Zondo had not been arrogant, but recused himself for the interest of peace when Zuma suggested, we would not be in this position"

We all been waiting for this, judging from the previous incident, as long as some South Africans are selfish and in deniel of the fact that the Zuma case is of the public interest and should have been treated as such like many other cases where law decisions were made with that in mind, we are at high risk.

Other Constitutional Court experts indicated the how the police Minister could have provented the arrest following the law, other leaders openly called for the President to intervine to calm the situation. The ANC leaders were also in public somehow blaming Zuma which was obviously putting salt in the wound of the bleeding supporters.

All the state does is to parade how militant it and going to make use of polices forces to contain the situation which never help others cases otherwise the crime, a number one enemy to the State would be of the past.

Every police in this country know people are killed when a bunch of cars get highjacked each time a car highjacker died, but no remedial effort from the police. What give citizens an assurance that what is happening is as a result of the good thoughtful decisions, based on the remedies at hand and the innocent people are safe.
