Day 18: Cycling 1000 miles to Twatt.

Wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone that has helped along the way from Will the man in the van, to Liam the legend who sorted out the rear rack and so many more. Together we have managed to smash the fundraiser goal of £1500, as it’s currently sat at £2130!

After 22 days of non stop cycling, i’ve arrived at the Ukrainian border. In that time i’ve been bitten by a dog, run over by a car, and i’ve lost count of how many times i’ve been chased by german shepard’s. We’ve raised a staggering £3,132 for the British Red Cross, and this is number is still rising! (Links is in my bio if you would like to donate). You really can achieve anything you put your mind to, i’m no cyclist/ athlete, just your average guy from Bournemouth with big dreams. I also want to say a massive thank you to everyone that has helped me along the way, couldn’t have done it without you. What an adventure. Next one pending…

So far training is going well! I’ve cycled 350km ish in total, and am feeling good. Nearly got the hang of eating correctly, but still a little lost with how to sort breakfast and dinner without having to carry around loads of food all day. 10 days to go, and i’d say i’m just a bit more worried than excited at the moment 😭. We’ve raised £110 pounds so far which is brilliant considering I havnt set off yet! If you would like to donate, the link is in my bio ❤️.
