قبلة فى الصحراء x سينما المنيرة

بدايةً من ١٣ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥ وحتى ١٦ مارس ٢٠٢٦، تعد مجموعة قبلة فى الصحراء برنامج الأفلام فى سينما المنيرة، المعهد الفرنسى بالمنيرة، ليلة الإثنين من كل أسبوع.

فى سينما المنيرة، تقدّم قبلة فى الصحراء ١٨ فيلمًا طويلًا مقسمة على خمسة برامج مستقلة وهى: آخر أيام الصيفية؛ سقطات الرأسمالية؛ بيت، جيرة، بلدة؛ شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب؛ أصداء مسرح الجريمة. اختارت المجموعة أفلامًا متنوعة تقدم أغلبها للجمهور المصرى للمرة الأولى. جميع الأفلام مترجمة للعربية.

A Kiss in the Desert x Cinéma de Mounira

Du 13 Octobre 2025 au 16 Mars 2026, rejoignez A Kiss in the Desert tous les lundis soir au Cinéma de Mounira, organisé par l’Institut français, Mounira.

Le collectif présente 18 longs-métrages, regroupés en cinq programmes thématiques : Summer Is Leaving; The Falls of Capitalism; Buildings, Neighbourhoods, Villages; North, South, East, West; et Echoes of a Murdering Scene. Beaucoup de ces films seront projetés pour la première fois en Égypte, et tous sont sous-titrés en Arabe et en Anglais.

A Kiss in the Desert x Cinéma de Mounira

From October 13, 2025, to March 16, 2026, join A Kiss in the Desert every Monday night at Cinéma de Mounira, hosted by the French Institute, Mounira

The collective presents 18 feature films, grouped into five thematic programmes: Summer Is Leaving; The Falls of Capitalism; Buildings, Neighbourhoods, Villages; North, South, East, West; and Echoes of a Murdering Scene. Many of these films will be screened in Egypt for the first time, and all are subtitled in Arabic and English.

يسعدنا الإعلان عن النسخة الجديدة من مقامات؛ برنامج أفلام من قبلة فى الصحراء بالتعاون مع زاوية.
مقامات هو برنامج أفلام قصيرة مستوحى من المقامات الأدبية، وهى شكل أدبى قديم يتميز بقِصَر المدة، وتواتر نفس الشخصيات فى أزمنة وأماكن مختلفة، فى أسلوب يشبه الفيلم القصير.

النسخة القادمة من مقامات نسخة خاصة بالتعاون مع مركز دراسات العمران التطبيقية BIAS-AME ومجاورة كجزء من فعاليات برنامج «خطوط النظر». ينظر البرنامج فى أشكال اشتباك صناع الأفلام مع المدينة وفى تجليات المدينة والمساحات سينمائيًا.

تعرض كل الأفلام مع ترجمة عربية/إنجليزية.

We are thrilled to announce the next edition of Maqamāt, a collaboration between A Kiss in the Desert and Zawya.

The programme’s namesake is the Maqamāt, a medieval concise literary format, with recurring characters adapting different roles in each Maqāmah like a short film.

This month’s programme is a special collaboration with BIAS-AME and Megawra as part of the Sightlines public programme. The program explores how filmmakers navigate urban space and how the city, in turn, is revealed, shaped, and reimagined through the cinematic lens.


The films are screened with Arabic/English subtitles.

Os Humores Artificiais

Using a mix of Hollywood aesthetics with documentary strategies, the film follows a young Indigenous girl from the Xingu National Park to São Paulo, where she falls in love with a robot who also happens to be a stand-up comedian. This strange story blends the anthropology of humor, Indigenous communities, and artificial intelligence.

كيف تختفى هو فيلم معادٍ للحرب بكل ما فى الكلمة من معنى؛ فهو فيلم يبحث عن احتمالات السلام فى لعبة حرب أون لاين. يقدم الفيلم تحيةً لحركات العصيان وهجر الحروب فى العالمين الرقمى والحقيقى.

تصبح الرسوم المتحركة فائقة الواقعية والمناظر الطبيعية الخلابة خلفيةً للرواية فى هذا الفيلم المقالى. يُعنى الفيلم بتاريخ هاجرى القتال؛ وهو تاريخ قلما سُلط عليه الضوء. تستكشف العروض والتدخلات الإبداعية فى سياق هذه اللعبة الترفيهية مواضيعها ومحدوديتها فى ذات الوقت.

“How to Disappear” is an anti-war movie in the true sense of the word, searching for possibilities for peace in the most unlikely place of an online
war game. It’s a tribute to disobedience and desertion - in both digital and physical-real warfare.

Shot in the picturesque war landscapes of “Battlefield V”, the hyperreal graphics become the backdrop for an essay-like narrative. The film
revolves around the history of deserters - a part of human history, which has hardly been illuminated. Performances and creative interventions explore the scopes and limits of the audiovisual entertainment machine.
