Morning🌻

You know when you have so much to do, you don’t know where to start…..

That’s me right now lol.

I packed the RV with all the essentials and all the Not 😂.
Let’s face it, it’s mostly non essential… 😬 😅

I have school, summer work, activities, crafts, books, games, puzzles, movies, and so much more.

This morning I have found peace in this space to drink my morning coffee, reflect, and figure out how to get this place all together.

So I saw these at Aldi for $9.99 the other day and with summer approaching it is a great time to stock up on those summer reads.

Who doesn’t love to save a couple bucks!
These sell for about $11.20 each.

I have also seen some of these at goodwill so that’s another great place to find summer reads.

Look at these amazing WOOD pieces that I came across at Goodwill for $50 each. 🤯

They are beautiful and have very minimal damage just need a good scrub down.

You can find amazing real wood pieces that you can either refinish, paint, or just scrub clean at Goodwill. Dont forget to shop second hand for those show stopping pieces that will add character to your home and of course get you bougie on a budget!

Home decor tip

Real wood everything! 😂

I got this dresser and 2 night stands for $150 off Facebook market place 😮🥰. I knew what I was looking for and had to be patient as I had an amount in my head I was willing to spend and I won’t go over that. These were a SCORE!

It’s work but you can transform old pieces into something new with some elbow grease and a lot of sand paper but these are pieces that will last you forever.

I can’t wait to Finally finish these and show you how I’m going to style them with mostly thrifted finds.

But I wanted to start our Monday off dreaming.

What is your current dream?

I dream to have some land, work with my hands, a peaceful surround, a place my kids can run outside without cars, explore the woods, see and feel the true values/treasure of the world, and the importance of preserving and respecting Gods land. My heart belongs to the country and I know oneday my heart will be home. Till then I will dream and continue to be grateful for this beautiful life I have been given. Everyday is an absolute blessing.

I love shopping thrift stores.

Today we scored 25 VHS tapes for .50 a piece.
My kids do movie nights on Saturdays so now they have a bunch of new movies to enjoy.
Upon searching today I saw a couple things that made me chuckle. They were selling an empty tiny Yankee candle jar for $2. 😂 That I just can’t stop laughing about.

Anywho if you still have a VHS player don’t pass up looking in your local goodwill. It kills me to know many of these are just being thrown away.

5 fast tips for a cleaner home

1.Once it’s used put it straight away
2.Load dishwasher throughout the day ( unload first thing in the morning)
3. 1 Load of Laundry washed and put away.
4. Make a house schedule
Ex. Bathrooms Monday, Bedrooms Tuesday, etc.)
5. Take 30mins at night to do a quick tidy. (Fold blankets, put pillows back on couch, sweep, vacuum, etc.

Bonus:
Declutter. If you don’t use it, lose it.
