Once I embraced my unique and unexpected journey as the caregiver of my daughter with significant medical needs, I shifted the way I viewed everything! I stepped out of survival mode and started looking for unique and unexpected ways to THRIVE as a mother, to THRIVE in my marriage, to THRIVE financially, to THRIVE in my own health! Once I BELIEVED in the possibility of God working miracles in MY LIFE, not in spite of my particular set of challenges, but through them, I opened up to His abundant mercy, love, guidance, wisdom, and blessings! We are NOT alone. If we ask, we WILL receive! We can seek AND EXPECT miracles! God really does keep His promises! We don't have to struggle without His help. He'll allow us to try it on our own, but when we reach that bottom, the end of that rope that I'm sure you're familiar with, as we look up and reach up, we will find that all things TRULY ARE POSSIBLE to those who BELIEVE!!! Trust me when I tell you I've been at the bottom. I've been on my knees in hospital rooms crying out to God asking how I am going to pay for gas and keep doing all the hard things with no end in sight. And in His ways, timing, and because of His infinite love and goodness, I was able to crawl out of that dark place and find my way through my own discouragement, my financial distress, my own health issues, and much more! He took my tears and turned them into His glory.
If any part of this sounds familiar, I'm here for you and - much more importantly than that - so is the God of the universe! Look up and BELIEVE! Let's press forward together!
