Actually, my opinion on 'healthy' is quite open, so not using or minimizing cooking oil is a big plus.
Today's lunch includes:
- 100g of rice
- 70g frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans, sweet corn) & 1/4 cucumber 🥒
- 1 egg🥚
- 1 instant sausage
- 10g oyster sauce/Maggi . soy sauce
- 5ml cooking oil (non-stick pan)
✅354 calories

Preheat the oven/air fryer. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Tranfer the batter to a cake pan and bake.

🔸 Super simple recipe, friends
•The sole:
- 50g granola or crumbled biscuit crumbs
- 15g peanut butter
- 20ml of fresh milk
✅The ratio can be adjusted according to taste: if you want a hard cake, add a little milk; Softer and richer, add peanut butter + less milk
•Cream part:
- 50-100g Greek yogurt (mine is quite thick - if you want it to be more liquid, mix it with fresh milk)
- 15g honey
- cinnamon powder (if you like)

✨Tortilla ingredients: 2/3 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp water (instructions in my previous post)
✨(Chocolate) banana wrap: 1 tortilla, 1 medium banana, 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or chocolate syrup (I used chocolate cashew butter), crumbled peanuts & chocolate syrup for topping 🌯

Super easy with only 4 ingredients🔥

🌱For 3 servings:
30g corn starch
25g cacoa po.
30g erythritol or sweetener of choice
50g + 300g milk of choice
Mix corn starch, cacoa powder, erythritol and 50g milk until well combined. Add 300g milk and stir well. Transfer the batter to a pan and cook on medium heat, stir occasionally until it gets thickened. Turn off the heat. Served with crumbled peanuts or nuts of choice.

[EATCLEAN WITH FAMILY]
Missing a black box today because I forgot it at work, so I had to put the soup in a regular box at home it spilled on the way and spilled all the soup out 😂

Today, my mother cooks for me to take away the rice, to be honest, both of my 10 kg loss was when I was with my family 🏠
The reason is because when we stay with family we have:
✨abundant & fresh food source (mothers, kaka)
➡️It's better to cook or eat with family when busy than eating out (cost & nutrition)
✨Eat routines, regular activities
It's simple today:
- 60g of 's oat nuts (I blew them the night before)
- 1 bowl of spinach & sprout soup (homemade soup for lunch, so I took it 😂)

A super simple breakfast of mine, prepared in just 30 minutes. Raw materials include:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 chicken thigh (approx. 100g)
- 1 egg
- 4 slices of Brie President cheese/laughing cow cheese
How to do it step by step:
(1) Put the chicken thighs in the oven/oil-free oven, set for about 15 minutes at 200oC
(2) non-stick pan: crispy bread + scrambled eggs
(3) cut cheese into thin pieces
-> put cheese, eggs, shredded chicken on bread. Sprinkle with pepper/spice and enjoy ❤️

A small tip for those who are in a hurry to eat breakfast: always prepare breakfast the night before. Here is one of my favorite foods for breakfast:
1. Boiled egg + sweet potato
2. Boiled egg + oats mixed with fresh milk (microwave)
3. Overnight oats (breakfast in a jar) - everyone, please google how to do it
4. Chicken burger as pictured (recipe at ). The way to preserve it is that after making it, you can use food wrap to wrap the cake or use foil.
5. Black bread with fried egg
6. Black bread and scrambled eggs
*Note that eggs are processed the next morning, not overnight!
I normally cook mealprep for the whole day but not mealprep for breakfast, so that breakfast can be flexibly eaten with potatoes or black bread (because I don't like to eat rice in the morning). However, if mealprep is for the whole breakfast, everyone should do it to save time and keep track of your calories.
I also recommend eating highfat food in the morning for energy 😃 (eg almonds...)

This I have said before but will still say it again so that everyone can understand more about brown rice and white rice. In fact, the total calories of 100g of brown rice and 100g of white rice are almost the same, the difference is not significant. But why do I prefer brown rice? Because brown rice makes you feel full longer than white rice because it is a "slowly absorbed starch". Simply put, brown rice will take longer to digest in the stomach -> fuller longer -> cut calories without feeling hungry -> no snacking. Similarly, when comparing fruit and white rice, with the same amount of calories they bring, white rice always satiates longer than fruit.
So if anyone wants to gain muscle and gain weight, I recommend eating white rice. Who wants to lose weight and lose fat, I recommend choosing brown rice, it will make my eating easier. However, eating white rice can still lose weight and lose fat normally!

Hello everyone !
My name is Huyen and people often call my English name is Hazi. Today I want to share with everyone my process of losing more than 10kg without exercise or diet.

My weight loss process is not easy and fast. To this day, I still have times when I'm afraid of gaining weight again, that's normal. I used to be obsessed with dieting, exercising and counting calories. Then feel guilty when you eat fast food, eat unhealthy food. All of the following sharing is from my experience, hope to help people.

I started the weight loss process in 2017 when I was 60kg and I lost more than 10kg thanks to my perseverance.
I don't put too much pressure on myself about weight loss. I know everything takes time and process to get results.
Surely you all know that stress will make you gain weight, right? So the first thing for me to be successful is to relax and be comfortable with myself. Stay motivated by feeding yourself everything, but limit the amount of food.
My second tip is to get enough sleep! Getting enough sleep helps reduce cravings tremendously.
My third tip is to fully supplement the substances and vitamins in the process of reducing stress. I have used foods that support weight loss (reduce appetite). The type of functional food I use is Vietnamese goods, natural ingredients include bitter melon, ginseng, grapefruit essential oil, ..

I will recommend this product to everyone later.

I have been and continue to try to improve myself. Hopefully in the future we can help each other to be the best version!
