Recently, Caritas Czech Republic in Zambia with support from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the World Food Programme in Zambia conducted Entrepreneurship and Market development training for agricultural officers drawn from six districts (Mulobezi, Sesheke, Sioma, Senanga, Mongu, and Kaoma) in the Western Province. The training also delved into seed production, climate smart agriculture, and other engaging topics.
Over 40,000 smallholder farmers across the Western Province are earmarked to benefit from the rollout of this training.
The training was conducted in Sesheke District and partners such as Kagezi Seeds and Shais Foods attended.
