Are you or a friend wanting to learn more about mental health? The "Walk With Us on the Path to Positivity" event is an excellent jumping off point to dive into the world of mental health. Featuring resources, community connections, and therapy animals, there is no better way to start your journey. October 11th is the date of this Elk Grove Youth Commission event, so spread the word!

More than 60% of Elk Grove youth say mental health is the top need in our community. When asked about challenges, many pointed to school stress, anxiety, body image, and depression as struggles they face every day.

That’s why the Youth Commission is launching a new event: Walk with Us on the Path to Positivity.

Think real resources you can use, free swag, therapy animals, and time to connect with friends and the community.

Grab your friends and join us on Saturday, October 11 at 9:30 a.m. at Hilma Colton Park. Let’s take steps together toward positivity!
