We are BS Entrepreneur students of CIIT College of Arts and Technology and we founded Seoulful Sweets . For the past month, we have experienced how to kickstart our business.

With CIIT, I have learned that having a good product is not enough; you must understand your market, their needs, and the problems your business is solving, ensuring it fits their needs and pains.

Seoulful Sweets is a 100% product of the CIIT Entrepreneur Program. We identified the opportunity by understanding what CIITizens need. We responded based on a drinks preference survey, their capability to pay, and continuously innovate based on consumer behavior.

Though the CIIT Entrepreneur Program is fairly new, I have high hopes for this school and the people behind it. We're just in our first term, but we've been able to compete in the QC Start-up Competition and was able to start our own business.

Our journey with CIIT has been transformative, and we are excited about the future of Seoulful Sweets. We look forward to growing our business and making a positive impact on our community with the skills and knowledge we've gained.

I am still over the moon on winning the first Shark Tank Convention at

If I remember it correctly, we won over 23 creative contenders from Multimedia Arts students and 5 fellow Entrepreneur students.

This is one of the most satisfying finals I've ever experienced. Despite the demanding week, I dedicated myself to refine our presentation and booth. Admittedly, our presentation wasn't perfectly polished; but we showed up with no expectations and delivered our best effort.

If I'm gonna assess myself, there are a lot of things to improve, such as clarity in the target market and much more detailed computation for the revenue. However, I believed the way I handled the Questions and Answers gave us the edge to win.

Storytime!

Some of you found your way to my page because of the content I used to share. At that time, my page was called Val Viajera, and I was on a mission to explore different places in the Philippines and discover recommended accommodations and dining spots. However, when the pandemic hit, I faced financial constraints and couldn't afford to renew my web blog hosting. Additionally, I am currently pregnant, and my husband's new job got canceled due to the pandemic. Given these circumstances, I had no choice but to prioritize my budget and cancel my subscription. Ang hirap din to keep up the traveling niche since I have two kids now, so rebranded the page to just my name Valerie Aceron.

Despite these challenges, my content continued to reach many people, and my page kept growing. Some were still sharing and commenting on my old post. It's such a shame because I had even planned to repurpose the page for "Me and My Beanstalk," but then I realized I couldn't do that, kasi nga if I will rebrand it specifically for coffee content, I have to delete my old post kasi nga confusing na sya.

So ayun na nga I decided to retain the page under my name and start over for Me and My Beans talk. I don't know what will happen next, but I am really happy creating and sharing content. And thank you to everyone who appreciate my craft and followed my travel journey. Kahit pa sabhin nating this 2k page follower wasn't that big compared to others, I am still happy with what I have accomplished.

Yieeee... I am delighted to share a significant milestone for completing the digital marketing course, I am now moving on to pursuing Google Analytics Certification. I am filled with enthusiasm and anticipation as I embark on the next exciting chapter of my journey.

Some of my friends asking me ano gamit kong machine, madalas kasi pag sinabing espresso machine mahal agad, so let me share this budget friendly machine that we're using !

Since we can't afford dual broiler machine, we have a total of 3 machine available sa store, for back up nadin ung iba...

1. Petrus: Vintage green machine
2. Gemilai CRM3005E: Silver One
3. Cuppa (Not in Frame)

Among those 3 petrus is my favorite! It is my first espresso machine and i purchased it for the aesthetic look. But sadly it can't froth well because everytime I tried nag ooverheat yung machine mismo... Pero I can't deny how good ung coffee extraction nya. The crema is good and close to professional one! And super affordable nya. I brought sa lazada for only 4300! And I'm using it for 2 years na! Right now, pag napapagod sya nagiging watery ung shot .. but still.. it is still the best cheapest espresso machine for me.

Next is the Gemilai... Well the steaming quality of it is really really good! Making a cup of cappuccino is not a problem but ... The extraction is sakto lang. What i do' is extract from petrus and steam using gemilai.

Lastly is Cuppa! To be honest this is my least favorite machine I'm using it often talaga, the steam is somehow okay pero not quality foam, goods lang sya for steaming milk. And the extraction is too watery. Pero I'm not ready to let it go kasi pwede syang back up muna.

But the Cuppa bean grinder is highly recommend! Sobrang mura lang nya compare sa iba and pero fine na sya!

Just so happened naghahanap ako ng mojos around the area, but since walang available and we park near the store I decided to try nadin since I'm always curious with their loud sound. Actually hindi ko pa na-try yung product I am already convinced to make a recommendation, just because of a very welcoming vibes ng staff or probably the owner itself.

To be honest it's hard to find good customer service sa area yung tipong mararamdaman mong welcome ka and masaya silang bibili ka, madalas no greetings and waiting nalang for your to order. So when this guy welcome with a smile, alam ko na agad okay sila. And when it comes to final judgement, the product itself masasabi ko talaga, PANALO to! specially the cost itself is sobrang affordable 👌

So definitely 5star for them!
