It has three programs, namely, Grassroots Media Development, Information for Advocacy, and Media Engagement. PMC has partner organizations in the NCR for each sector of concern, namely, women, trade unions, youth, urban poor, migrant workers, and public sector workers. PMC also works with partner organizations in selected provinces in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
