MLP Group is to build a BTS facility for Hart Logistics, a Polish provider of logistics and transport services. The lease has been brokered by Profi-Home of Poznań. Total investment volume in the first half of 2021 in Poland reached €2 billion, says Avison Young. Despite lower volume in comparison to previous years, the number of transactions amounted to 62, which repeated the best result on the Polish market from last year, proving high liquidity of the market. Raben Logistics Polska has moved into the largest project in the region – Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport. The logistics operator will make use of a number of solutions dedicated to specialised logistic operations, which are to be conducted on 7,560 sqm of sustainable warehouse space. Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport, which will eventually include 100,000 sqm, is already 86 percent complete, and as a result, the developer is approaching 345,500 sqm of space delivered in the Tricity region. Immofinanz is continuing the expansion of its successful STOP SHOP retail park brand by entering a new market in Western Europe – Italy. The first acquisition in this country is the fully occupied Parco Fiore in the north Italian city of San Fior with roughly 27,000 sqm of rentable space. The seller is the international investment bank Barings, which held the property in the European Core Property Fund Italy managed by Kryalos SGR. The sale price totalled approximately €35 million.
