Today is my Dad's Birthday.
Sadly he passed away in 2008,
I think of him every day.
He was my rock and we were more like Brothers. People who know me always comment that I look so much like him, even down to the tone of my voice.
A kind Soul but would not suffer fools gladly!
He could sing, dance and played the piano
(Self taught). He was a real joker and was loved by the ladies. Mum did not appreciate this attribute!!!
One last thing that he was remarkably blessed was the written word. When he retired he worked tirelessly on his computer 6 - 8 hrs per day which drove my Mum mad as she would have rather him take her out for a drive.
But this was my Dad and she accepted it.
I love him so much
Miss him which makes my heart ache
When he new the path was narrowing we talked for hours and laughed at silly situations.

To you My Dad, My Rock, My Best Friend
You are forever in my heart.
