Adiang Mayomdit Community Conference in Syracuse, New York, April 7th-8th, 2023

The conference was a success, so we as Adiang Mayomdit would like to give the gratitude and appreciation to those who supported our community in Syracuse. We thanked the South Sudanese communities in Syracuse, New York, and Twic Mayardit Community in America for their support. Some South Sudanese people, friends of Adiang Mayomdit section who traveled to Syracuse to attend the conference, we appreciated them too. The fundraising was successful. Thanks everyone.

We also have elected our new chairman, Ring Biar Ring, who will lead Adiang Mayomdit Community in America. Beny Ring is the man in the picture with his beautiful wife.

The talented woman, former Adiang Mayomdit leader, Musician Akuol Aguek who led Adiang Mayomdit Community in America for the last two years, thank you dear madam for your great leadership. South Sudanese women can lead better than most South Sudanese men.

Adiang Mayomdit Community supports or promotes women in South Sudan. This community is named after a woman's name. Adiang is the name of a woman and Mayom is the colour of an ox. That ox was given to Adiang.

Ref: Resignation letter

Dear Pannyok sports lovers and Pannyok Payam FC in general, I hope this letter finds you in good health wherever you are. First, and foremost I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for the period bestowed upon me to serve as Pannyok Payam FC Head Coach.

With due respect and honor, I am asking for your kindness to accept my resignation from the position of head coach. I have relished my time with Pannyok football team over the past ten years, therefore, it is my ultimate gesture to give others a chance to accelerate their skills in sporting activities.

It is so glaring and uncertain to submit this resignation letter but it wasn't with bad intentions toward anyone and to those who will take it wrongly for the decision I have taken, I want to say sorry for the drawback.

I have served as a coach for a long time thus, it is high time to relinquish the tasks of being a coach and give chance to the rest. Other priorities in life might require my comprehensive attention and I promise to work together with Pannyok FC where my support might be required.

STARFORD INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY RELOCATES TO ITS MAIN CAMPUS.

Starford International University is one of illiteracy eliminating universities in South Sudan. It was established in the early year of 2015 as Starford International College, but it was later changed to "Starford International University" after meeting the necessary requirements setforth thereto by the licensing commission.

The university was based in City Mall where it graduated 2 batches following its operations., not only that, but also one of the most recognized private university in the country and it competes regionally in delivering excellent education. Starford International University emerged as one of the universities in South Sudan with foreign students, just mention a few.

This University, according to ordinary Session of Higher education yesterday, announcing the number of students admitted at all Universities across South Sudan, Starford was ranked 4th after University of Juba, Upper Nile University, and Dr. John Garang Memorial University respectively in terms of students admitted through the ministry.

After the years of renting, the University board headed by the chairman and the board of Directors Hon.Brig.Gen. Dium Cyer Cyerdit managed to buy a piece of land and develops a new campus for the university at Hai Referendum, just miles away from the Bus station.

Upon its completion, all the University belongings were taken there last week and upto earlier this week. According to the statement made by the director of Academic Affairs, Mr. Matur Ater Majiing all the Lectures are to resume tomorrow on Friday, 17th/March/ 2023. In other words, the university will function as of tomorrow.

To students, the jubilation is not all about getting the new campus and leaving City Mall behind but it's the about the CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION.

Campus beautification at the essence of having vast land to chill, such as play ground within the campus which helps students to advance their game and sport activities as well as helping University administrators to create co curriculum activities; and be conducted within such open spaces for each and everyone to participate freely.

It helps students come out of their shells and convert their weaknesses into their strength. Campus life is beyond the infrastructural and academic training programs. It enriches students with ease in a life time opportunity to live through the experiences that, otherwise is earned very hard.

With current independent campus, Starford International University will now be able to attract more students, and more entities that are willing to implement their educational programs within higher institutions.

To my fellow South Sudanese, we need to be appreciative; if there is any General among the Generals who contributed to the future of this country, then it's founder of Starford International University, Hon. Brig. Gen. Dium Cyer Cyerdit who decided to humble himself, leaves luxury life and establishes learning institutions where leaders, lawyers, doctors, engineers, and whatsoever profession will later be produced for the benefit of our nation.

Many of us have been bullying him and the institution, calling its with names, jama city mall and other blasphemous words uttered not knowing everything is determined by the law of time. Of course, it was city mall; Dium Cyer managed to mold the city.

Please be careful with your writings on social media during the violence or war, because you people could harm your community unknowingly with your reports, and that is why students or people go for the training or university to learn how to be professional reporters. You have to think before you post in public. In other words, you have to know what is private or public. Because your writings could encourage or motivate the enemy or enemies. You must not underestimate nor challenge the enemy to attack you during the war. Just report what the enemy did or their secret plans, if you have discovered them. Because you could defeat your enemies by the strategies or plans, but not by bragging or challenge. I hope you guys will understand my second advice. Thank you.
