As we embrace the sun and all the positivity we transmit through music, there is not a better time than now to give our love to all the children of the world. Music is medicine, a fundamental way to heal the soul and our main philosophy here at Nulu. With that being said we are extremely happy for our new release, a song that defines the message of love, Wnoise Feat. Jo Choneca, titled “Nyararai”, a song that talks about the suffering of children worldwide, (“nyarai mwana” means ''don't cry child'' in the Chisena or Sena language spoken in the central area of Mozambique where Jo is from) the EP is composed of two tracks, the main one evokes a feeling of anger towards the sensitive subject, it is a subjective expression that imposes itself, the alternative version turns out to be the most humankind and opens up to new perspectives of seeing things differently in which the purpose is to push a deep reflection of the world through music. Here at Nulu we are ready to deliver an amazing winter season of hot Music. We are extremely excited to welcome Elisa Elisa to the label with her new "Kabylia EP" including two dope and authentic tracks to take your dance floor to another dimension. Elisa pours her soul into her productions and gives life to this fantastic EP. We asked her what this EP meant to her and her response is clear, "Kabylia" is a tribute to my North African roots. Homeland of the Kabyle. Kabylia is a beautiful region of Algeria, where my mother grew up. In the track "Kabylia“ I recreated a traditional celebration with my own voice, playing with different tones and punctuating the party with an ancestral yell of joy, named the zaghrouta, Yellah“ means let’s go and it is her invitation to join the party and to celebrate all together. With "Kabylia“ and "Yellah“ Elisa honors her Berber ancestors by producing, singing and creating music from the heart. It couldn’t be a more perfect time for the diversity of music to be the universal language that brings the world together. We are proud and ready to dance together with Kabylia EP…YELLAH!
