Ground Beef: 1 1/2 lbs.
Bacon: 8 slices, cooked and crumbled
Sharp Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
Ketchup: 1/4 cup
Mustard: 1/4 cup
Worcestershire Sauce: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Eggs: 2, beaten
Salt and Pepper: To taste
Topping:
Ketchup: 1/2 cup
Mustard: 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar: 2 tbsp

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix Ingredients: Combine ground beef, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Shape and Transfer: Place the mixture into the loaf pan.

For the Creamy Corn Salsa:
1 cup charred corn kernels (grilled or canned, drained) 🌽
1/2 red onion, finely diced 🧅
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream 🥄
1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
1/2 tsp chili powder 🌶️
Salt & pepper, to taste
To Assemble:
Small flour or corn tortillas, warmed 🌮
Optional toppings: crumbled cotija cheese, avocado slices, lime wedges 🥑🍋

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

8 oz linguine

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

This succulent, perfectly grilled filet mignon is topped with crispy onion rings and drizzled with a rich red wine reduction, all served over a bed of buttery mashed potatoes. A true steakhouse-style masterpiece!

📝 Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the Filet Mignon:
2 (6-8 oz) filet mignon steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter (for searing)
For the Red Wine Reduction:
1 cup red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot)
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
For the Onion Rings:
1 large onion, sliced into rings
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Filet Mignon
Pat steaks dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a cast iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
Add butter and sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for doneness preference).
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Red Wine Reduction
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the garlic cream sauce:
1 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

❗Instructions:

1️⃣ Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

3️⃣ In the same skillet, add butter and melt it over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4️⃣ Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Let it reduce slightly.

5️⃣ Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the Creamy Pasta:
Pasta of choice
Butter
Garlic, minced
Heavy cream
Milk
Parmesan cheese, grated
Italian seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Ingredients :

For the salmon:

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 citron vert, jus
For the creamy Dijon sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :

Prepare the Salmon: In a bowl, combine salmon fillets, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (if using). Throw in the coating Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Cook Salmon: Grill or fry salmon fillets until cooked through and lightly charred, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let the salmon rest a few minutes before serving.
Make Creamy Dijon Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Smash Cheeseburger Eat or pass?🍔🔥
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion, sliced
4-6 pickle slices
2 brioche or burger buns
2 tbsp butter (for toasting the buns)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
1 tsp mustard (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties:

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal balls (around 2.5 oz each).
Keep them loose; don’t pack them too tight.
Toast the Buns:

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread butter on the cut side of the buns and toast them until golden brown. Set aside.
Cook the Burgers:

Increase heat to high. Place a beef ball onto the hot skillet.
Smash it down using a spatula (use parchment paper to prevent sticking).
Season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
Flip and immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the other patties.
Sauté the Onions:

In the same pan, cook the sliced onions until soft and slightly caramelized.
