I hope you're all well. We had an amazing time in Mexico and are back feeling recuperated, reinvigorated and ready to bring you more fantastic conversations with the most interesting people.

On this week's episode I am joined by up and coming boxer and mixed martial artist Edward Cook.

Scott is an artist and illustrator in Glasgow, Scotland. he has been selling original paintings and prints in galleries, at art markets and online over the past 10 years.

Scott creates mainly large acrylic or oil paints canvases and watercolour paintings. As well as creating and selling his own work he also takes on private commissions.

Good afternoon Planet Earth!

This week on The Studio with Paul Shearer we have Scottish Rapper / Hip Hop Artist, Milla.

Milla has been a mainstay of the Glasgow hip hop scene since launching onto Soundcloud in 2012, clinching best newcomer at the Scottish Hip Hop Awards (2013) and multiple memorable performances at the rap battles at Kelvingrove (2014).

Since then he has put out a ton of music and racked up over 3000 followers on FB and an impressive 44,000 views on his track "Remember", and a combined 500,000 views across Facebook and YouTube.

Milla has built strong ties in the Scottish hip hop community as evidenced by some of the big names he has supported in Glasgow.(Ra the Rugged Man; Cut Chemist and Grandmaster Flash).

He also operates his own business, is a husband and a father.

Good afternoon Planet Earth,

I hope you are all well, just a quick update about whats going on in podcast world.

I have been staring at screen for the last 4 hours editing the podcast which has been a bit of a slog but i will have approxametly 10 minute clips of the podcast coming soon for those of you that are on the go, I was also in The Studio recording a new episode with the one and only Jamie Gillies - Sounds From The Snug On monday night so stay tuned for that.

Paul has been a Musician/Singer for over 30 years and is currently the singer and frontman of The James Experience Born of Frustration, the UK's premier and definitive "James" tribute act and Acoustic Band DAP.

When he's not completely owning the stage and audience, rocking the james classics, Paul is an avid festival goer and a regular on the festival scene in Scotland and England.

Good afternoon planet Earth!!

I hope everyone is enjoying there day and putting it to good use, we have a finite time on this pale blue dot and i hope your doing the thing that makes you happy.

It is with great pleasure i can finally announce the first few episodes of the podcast are up on Youtube in their entirety. Even though every part of this process is a steep learning curve for me it has been supremely enjoyable and all the guests have been amazing.

Good afternoon folks....

I know it has been a long time since anyone posted on this page, I'm here today to let you know that the page will be changing names and I will be launching a new podcast called The Studio with Paul Shearer where I will have conversations with all types of creative people (musicians, artists, actors, writers), athletes, academics, entrepreneurs, life coaches and much much more.

Things are well under way, I have recorded the first 5 episodes of the show and they will be uploaded for your listening pleasure very soon.

I completely understand you never followed the page for this purpose but I hope many of you as possible will hang around and come on this journey of knowledge and discovery with me.

The Fiery Scots was such an amazing and Important part of my life, and I know the rest of the guys felt the same way but life pulls you in directions you don't expect and here we are.

The boys are all following their dreams and smashing their goals and they wish the same for all of you!

Its an honour for me and a great help, to move forward with the spirit and energy of what we created behind me.
