Almost four years ago, Barbie Collins Young received a phone call that changed her life forever. Her best friend, Kate, had died by suicide. 💙 Barbie made it her mission to take action. She resigned from her job and became certified as a trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid. She then went back to college at the age of 47, during the pandemic, to earn her Psychology degree summa cm laude, minoring in Sociology at Central Washington University.
