1. Be 100% sure buyer.
2. Strictly NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE.
Exchange of items applies only for DAMAGED items. We do not allow return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet your expectations in fitting / liking. That's why it is very essential to check first the SIZE CHART/ DIMENSION OF EACH PRODUCT before submitting any orders.
3. No haggling. FIXED PRICE already.
4. We require FULL PAYMENT upon delivery.
5. Always be reminded that for PRE-ORDER items, PATIENCE is a MUST. =) Do not order if you are not willing to wait.
6. For ON-HAND ITEMS, delivery of goods is within 24 hours.
WARNING:
DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT. ARRIVAL OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE 10-15 DAYS AFTER THE CUT-OFF DATE. Please be reminded that once you have submitted an order form, it means you are decided to purchase our product/s. If you ignore our verification or will not make any actions in getting the ordered items within the scheduled meet-ups / deliveries, We'll have no choice but to put your photos & other personal infos you have provided us in our BOGUS BUYERS ALBUM and post your PHOTOS in SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK page. This is to avoid monkey business and joy reservers. We are here us adults and mature people and we don't want our time to be wasted. Thank you for shopping! Have a great day!
If you really insist of returning the items, you can do so by giving it back to incharge of deliveries and you will be refunded.
FAQ's
1. How to Order?
Simply pm us your Name / Mobile Number / Location for Delivery (Pinned Location) .
2. Are your items on-hand?
No. Items are PRE-ORDER unless otherwise stated; or you can check "On-Hand Items" album.
3. How long do I need to wait for pre-order items ?
General Standard time for pre-orders is within 10-15 days for Korean Apparels and 2-3 weeks for Korean Apparels from US warehouse.
4. What is your terms for payment and reservation?
To reserve US items, we require 50% deposit, remaining will be paid once the item is on-hand and ready to ship / deliver. For Korean Apparels, we require full payment upon delivery.
5. What if the item I ordered won't fit can I still return it?
Our rule is NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY, please check Size Guide for your size reference or ask us for the dimensions of the item you want to order.
6. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE via IEMS / ARAMEX/ DHL, shipping fee vary depending on the weight of the item and destination.
7. What are the mode of Payment?

8. Do you do meet ups?
YES. We do meet-ups and free delivery within DOHA area for a minimum order of QAR 150 BUT for 1 item, we prefer PICK-UP ONLY.

Kvoll are from Korea, Korean Apparels are from China, Korea, Japan & US
