3. How long do I need to wait for pre-order items ? General Standard time for pre-orders is within 10-15 days for Korean Apparels and 2-3 weeks for Korean Apparels from US warehouse.

4. What is your terms for payment and reservation? To reserve US items, we require 50% deposit, remaining will be paid once the item is on-hand and ready to ship / deliver. For Korean Apparels, we require full payment upon delivery.

5. What if the item I ordered won't fit can I still return it? Our rule is NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY, please check Size Guide for your size reference or ask us for the dimensions of the item you want to order.

6. Do you ship overseas? Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE via IEMS / ARAMEX/ DHL, shipping fee vary depending on the weight of the item and destination.
