Welcome to the Quest to find the top Starseeker.Tv Internet Audio /Visual recording artists from our library. Talented acts have more access to mass audiences than at any other time in history. Starseeker.Tv library provides a professional platform for artists to gain exposure of their skills in a community with their peers. Starseeker.tv Quest is open to all talented
acts that wish to enter so long as they apply to the terms and conditions of Starseeker.tv and all legal requirements under the laws of NSW Australia. Starseeker.tv will reserve the right to terminate the entry agreement with an act if deemed in bad taste or for any other course deemed to bring disrepute to Starseeker.tv or any of its employees or acts. Starseeker.Tv studios and associated partners are offering prizes to talented acts that have recorded with Starseeker.tv or authorised studios. Acts will all enter the Starseeker.Tv with an Agent clip or higher recording level. As an Audio Visual format, acts will be offered additional tools to help increase their internet hit rates and viral appeal. Due to the size and market diversity acts will have the option to advertise to obtain their target market and increase their hit rate and viral appeal. Talented acts will be accepted for recording bookings as of the advertised start date for recordings. There are a limited amount of recording times available. Pre- booking before the start date is permitted. International acts may be accepted via an authorised studio. Please contact Starseeker.Tv Studio for details. All entries must be recorded by Starseeker.Tv Studio unless otherwise arranged by Starseeker.tv Studios. Prizes on offer

Means of entry:
ALL ENTRIES ARE FREE FOR RECORDINGS PROCESSED UNDER THE OFFICIAL QUEST RULES AND CONDITIONS. CONTESTANTS NEED ONLY PAY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THEIR CLIP AND ADMINISTRATION THEREOF.
1) Paid Production - Starseeker.tv will film and produce an agent clip as a First Take Entry. If retakes are required they will be at the act’s investment unless technical reasons are sited and verified.
2) Win a Free Production - recording from a Starseeker.tv promotion. All free act clips will film as an agent clip on a first take basis. If retakes are required they will be at the act’s investment unless technical issues are sited and verified. All technical issues will be judged by Starseeker.tv and decisions will be final.
3) Acts may enter a song from the Starseeker.tv library pre-recorded files.
4) Entry level acts will start at Starseeker.tv standard Agent clip Recording.
5) Acts may enhance clips at their own investment.
6) Acts may Green Screen clips at their own investment.
7) Acts may promote their clip at their own investment.
8) Acts may enter as many times as physically possible at their own investment.
9) External clips may be accepted under conditions of acceptable content, format, quality, length, legal requirements and processing cost.
10) Starseeker.tv reserves the right to remove any act or acts recording/s from the Starseeker.tv Network completely at Starseeker.tv’s discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. All decisions are final. Voting System
Clips are measured in two formats:
1 Number of hits as a daily percentage of it display on face book,
2 Viral percentage as on face book as a total of the display time. The Highest combined individual act scores will show the top twelve clips (or as so directed by Starseeker.tv) are entered into a final live internet judging at the date specified. Finals judging is a mix of 50% Live venue and 50 % internet hits on the night. Venue Management and outside persons will oversee all final counts. Finals Night Award Performance RULES
1) Acts that can not attend the finals night will have their clip played in their stead.
2) Acts may opt to not perform at the awards night and have their clip played in their stead.
3) Acts may perform with their clip playing during their live performance.
4) Acts will only be allowed to perform their recorded act as their performance. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence with the judgements will be entered into. Prizes will be awarded on finals night in cash or by cheque if presented to a signed representative. If the prize is not collected at the awards night, the prize will be sent to the winner’s address. FINAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Final Quest presentation quality issues will be the responsibility of Starseeker.tv
Quest Awards Night will be under the jurisdiction of Club Liverpool.
