A lot of folks quickly dismiss #travel as something you do if you are adventurous and / or have money to blow. But the Collective wanted to talk about how traveling, the urge to travel, is more of an indication of you evolving into a new version of yourself and how travel helps to usher in that new, leveled up version of you.
Travel also has a tendency to help liberate you from old stereotypes of who you are in this world that you did not craft for yourself but war imposed on you or inherited by society and generations before you.

Everyone right now is going through a bit of an identity crisis. We’re all trying to figure out who we are now, who we want to be, our value, and how to LIBERATE ourselves to align with what we truly desire from the deepest parts of our hearts.
A career change seems to be a main option to address this shift in identity, BUT it’s much harder to navigate a job change than it first seems. That’s because a career change is not just changing a “job” - it is shifting your place in society, shaking the perceptions of social hierarchy AND our personal value in relation to it.
Making a career change is forcing you to answer the age old question: “WHO AM I?” and am I willing to stand up for the new version of myself - having the faith to go out into the unknown to find a career that better aligns with WHO AM I NOW…
And you thought you were just changing a job 😉

It's important for a healthy feminine to step into her power because when she does, the healthy masculine responds positively to her clear, aligned frequency.
Also, a woman secure in her power has a tendency to empower others, to liberate others, to do the same.
However, often times women are cut down when attempting to step into their power, use their voice, or endeavor to be fully seen as capable.
More often than not, powerful women are asked to shrink themselves to not threaten the masses. There seems to be a collective intolerance to feminine power. A discomfort around it.
There seems to be real repercussions of feminine power levied by the community of family, friends and coworkers - OR - are these repercussions “all in her head?”
Here we discuss feminine power, both sexual and intellectual, and the risks associated with this activated power.
She may be subjected to criticisms like: “Who does she think she is? She’s pricing herself out of the market! She needs to be taken down a peg or two…”
The stripping of personal power can also manifest as self-sacrifice, martyrdom, people-pleasing, pandering to the “fragile (unhealthy) male ego” and finally the most pervasive of them all - the “witch wound” and society’s obsession with the “witch hunt.”
We round out this episode with how to “stand in your personal power” and NOT erode your truth, because of the fear, doubt and judgment of others (and low key yourself).

We don’t have many “rites of passage” in modern culture so it can be easy to miss the transition from childhood to adulthood.
For me one of the biggest pillars of that transition from childhood to adulthood is learning to move from passenger in your life to the driver’s seat.
As a seasoned adult, it’s no longer what was “handed down” to you. At a point, you have to become the leader of your level up‼️
In this episode, “Are you stunting your level up?” when we talk about “stunting” we’re talking about blocking your own progress. When we talk about “level up” we’re not just talking hypergamy, we’re talking about elevating yourself to the position of creator.
So there are some subtle things that you may be doing that block your level up that we decode.
The main ones - externalizing your power, criticizing instead of creating what you’d like to see in the world, judging yourself and others too harshly, not being accountable for your energy that you push out into this world, and finally generally being miserable, complaining, and frustrated most days of your life, instead of reaching for that soft life…

From unstoppable force to unstoppable flow.
Being an “unstoppable force” means being the lead orchestrator, the charioteer, the alchemist, the visionary, THE captain… of your life.
How to be an “unstoppable force” starts with knowing exactly what you want. You have to decide, with certainty, what you desire.
Then you deconstruct your old identity, the “old version” of yourself that was comfortable NOT having what you want.
That old version of you who is waiting for “permission” to get what you want. That old you has to kick rocks to make room for the new you who fully aligns with what you desire.
BUT here’s the good news, you don’t have to do this alone. You can simply ask the Divine to support you in your quest to be the master of your fate the captain of your soul.
To untether you from the resistance that stops your momentum toward your hearts deepest desires.
To reveal to you the recipe for ease, focus, and fun as you march toward your dream.

What if I told you that it was time to shake up your inner circle of friends? And if you don’t, you maybe be sacrificing your dream life…
When we talk about “how to let go of old friendships” were talking about the sense that people we once considered “best friends,” now don’t hold the same close place in our heart. In fact, now it may even be confusing, draining, or unsettling to be around each other. It’s clear that we’re not connecting in the same way we used to.
When we talk about letting these old friendships go “with love” we’re talking about letting the relationship go in a mature and appreciative-for-what-it-was way instead of in a petty way.
As we get older and our lives take different paths, we may need to downgrade some friendships from “bestie” to “associate.” Consider that we can do so with appreciation for what the relationship stood for in our life and with hopefulness that maybe we will circle back in the future.
Maybe letting it go “with love” makes the friendship more likely to come back around in a new better energy. Maybe we can make our way back into each other’s inner circles then 🤷🏾♀️
We’re looking at adult friendships with this angle because it feels like an elevated perspective on how to deal with this very common life situation and you know around here, we’re about that level up. 😘

So, a “trigger” is usually a negative reaction or emotion you have as a result of having an encounter with someone, or seeing/ reading something, or otherwise running into something that sparks a memory of a traumatic or uncomfortable event.
To “snitch” means revealing information about you that you don’t want told publicly.
So when we say “ How your triggers snitch on you” we’re talking about how those things that trigger you, those things that make you feel upset, REVEAL something about you that you may not have EVEN known about yourself OR that you may have known BUT didn’t want other people to know 😫
💥You ain’t even know that was a wound. You ain’t even know you were traumatized, until somebody said some thing that struck a nerve ⚡️and now you’ve (over) reacted in a way that you didn’t expect to, showing all your cards 💥
TRIGGERED. UPSET…. now what⁉️
So what exactly is that trigger telling you about yourself? Does something need to be addressed? Does something need to be HEALED? 🤔
CONSIDER that your triggers are showing you something that it may be time for you to work on, let go of, forgive… in someone else OR In yourself.
Consider that not everyone who triggers you or rubs you the wrong way is a hater… Perhaps some are your greatest teachers, because they help to reveal your greatest wounds - that are now ready to be healed ❤️🩹
