Plimsoll is looking for an experienced PRODUCTION MANAGER to work on a new ambitious historical drama documentary for a global streamer.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on Premium Specialist Factual docs. Experience working across drama docs is desirable.

You will need experience setting up shoots, negotiating and contracting locations and camera crew, post production and a sound knowledge of archive clearance, knowledge of current health & safety regulations and the ability to work under pressure.

We are looking for a friendly, supportive team player, who enjoys budgeting and negotiating with an eye for detail.

We use PMI, so experience is preferred but not essential.

RESEARCHER – DRAMA DOCUMENTARY

Plimsoll is looking for an experienced RESEARCHER to work on a new ambitious historical drama documentary for a global streamer.

Ideal candidates will be able to display knowledge of history & archaeology, be able to demonstrate experience of successfully sourcing and securing great stories as well as working well with experts/contributors. You will be a meticulous fact-checker, highly organised, write brilliant briefing notes and work well with multiple stories.

Minimum of 2 credits on premium specialist factual documentaries required.
This is a full time role. Italian speaking is a non-essential bonus.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in factual entertainment, a proven track record in managing complex international shoots for large-scale premium formats, and expertise in scuba diving and boat operations, including health and safety protocols.
