The Devi Bhagwat Puran is an important Hindu text that tells the story of Adi Shakti, the primordial energy that created the universe and all living beings. The text also explains the birth of the Trimurti, consisting of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, who are responsible for the creation, preservation, and destruction of the universe. The goddesses Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Parvati are the consorts of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, respectively, and represent knowledge, wealth, and strength. The manifestation of the goddess as the consorts of the Trimurti highlights the importance of balance and harmony in the universe and reminds us to honor and respect the divine feminine energy present in all aspects of life.

Adi Shakti is a concept in Hinduism representing the primal, original, and supreme divine feminine energy or power. The term "Adi" means "original" or "first," and "Shakti" refers to divine feminine energy or power. Adi Shakti is often regarded as the ultimate source and embodiment of all female deities and divine feminine qualities within Hinduism.

While Adi Shakti is considered formless and transcendent, she is also associated with various goddesses and manifestations, including Durga, Kali, Parvati, and more. These goddesses represent specific aspects or qualities of the divine feminine, and they are seen as emanations or expressions of the ultimate Adi Shakti.

Adi Shakti is revered for her role as the creative, nurturing, and transformative force in the universe. She is both immanent (present in all of creation) and transcendent (beyond the material world). Devotees worship Adi Shakti for blessings, protection, strength, and spiritual awakening, and her significance in Hindu spirituality is profound, emphasizing the power and sacredness of the feminine aspect of the divine.
