The Dirty Dozen Collective The Dirty Dozen: A European creators collective. We are a pool of young writers and producers who don’t believe in the credo of the “lonely writer” anymore.

The Dirty Dozen was founded as a result of the “Serial Eyes” programme. “Serial eyes” is a pan-European community of professionals who share a vision for a culturally diverse, entertaining and creative European television industry. We are inspired by the writer’s rooms that have been responsible for masterpieces like “The Sopranos, “Borgen”, “Mad Men” and “The Killing”. During the eight months of

Serial Eyes we worked on a variety of projects and experienced what it means to be in a writer’s room:
Combining individual skills, experiences and contacts. With massive changes in the global TV-Landscape, the future of serial entertainment will be based on producing for a European instead of a nationally restricted market. With great knowledge of our domestic markets and with our vital networks we are able to see and build ideas through the kaleidoscope of European eyes.
