The first time I did ayahuasca I was forced to face my fear of death. It was incredibly challenging. But there were deeper fears that lurked within.

Still to this day I catch myself doing things in order to be loved, to feel like I am a welcome child of the Universe. When I look to other people to give me that validation, I am always on edge.

I also catch myself being afraid that I am going to let the world down, let God down, and fail in my mission.

This is where the deep surrender with full intention comes in. The more I put one foot in front of the other, do my damn best, and give the rest to God, the more at peace I am.

The one thing you can control, is your attitude to any given situation. And the actions you take from that mindset.

Remembering you are going to die also reminds you to really live while you are here 🐉❤️‍🔥

It’s been over a year and a half since my father passed. It was his blessing that started me on the plant medicine path when I was 18.

Five years ago my spiritual grandfather Don Howard Lawler of the Chavin lineage also went on the journey to the beyond.

During this time I’ve had some of the most spectacular transformations and peak experiences, and some of my darkest moments and most humbling falls.

I’ve battled addictions, sometimes successfully and sometimes unsuccessfully.

I’ve both grieved and escaped from my grief.

I’ve encountered both deep betrayals, and unwavering support.

I’ve been hated, and I’ve been loved.

I’ve stood bravely and diligently for what I believe in, and at moments the Resistance has been so great I’ve lost courage, and abandoned hope.

I’ve kept my word, and broken my promises.

I’ve been both more connected to God than ever, and had my faith the most severely tested.

All this to say, I’ve been altogether in the human experience.

This week I was blessed to be reconnected to the Chavin lineage by a new generation of maestros. I could feel both my father and spiritual grandfather come back to support me.

This new era we are entering demands something greater than what I have been to emerge. And there is no way I can do it without all of the support that surrounds me.

So thank you, to everyone, seen and unseen, for being there for all the holy and broken hallelujahs.

The era of truth and honesty is going to require taking a hard look at yourself. I’ve been looking at myself and I can see all the ways in the past that I’ve been subtly playing “Aubrey” rather than just being Aubrey. I can see all the places where I acted out of an agreement to fear, or judgment instead of faith or love.

The process involves a willingness not just to acknowledge your vulnerabilities but also your greatness, and simultaneously to assure yourself that you are evolving. And that’s good!

This may be painful in the moment. But the benefit of healing correctly will ease your suffering for the rest of your life.

It’s worth it ❤️‍🔥

Forget about the politics and focus on the Value. Truth, Love, God. Whether or not you hate DJT or love him, you can still participate in this wildfire. It starts with the courage to look at your own shadow, and still love and forgive yourself. All the selfishness, sneakiness, bias, greediness, righteousness, wrath. It’s all in there, I can find each of those things in myself. And still:

I know who I am in truth.
I know what I am in truth.
I know how I serve in truth.

I want everyone to know that I’ve received all of the comments from my recent post, and tomorrow I will be responding with a long video.

I love this quote, and what I interpret it to mean is that a warrior’s decency is his honesty. I am going to say it all simple and straightforward.

And that includes acknowledgement of all of my faults and vulnerabilities, as well as standing firm to my honest beliefs, regardless of the criticism or vitriol.

I love this country. I love God. I love all of you ❤️‍🔥

On March 15th I met and was one of the first people to podcast with him right when he was about to announce his intention to run for president. I had a vision and I told him that I give him my sword and my word, I’ll do everything possible to serve his mission.

He told me “give me a sword and some ground to stand on and I’ll take our country back”. He left his tie at the house and I’ve had it on my altar ever since.

That podcast was censored by the Regime, and my YouTube views dropped 300% since then. I paid a price and it was worth it.

Since then I’ve been on mountains, hills, stages, sweat lodges, family dinners, Christmas celebrations, meditations and prayers with him. I wish last night I got to see him take that stage.

But to hear shout him out and give him carte blanche to take the health of our nation back, it brought me to tears. This is a reckoning for all of the poison and lies we have been fed.

And as our 47th president said, “success will bring our nation together.” Despite his flaws, he has an amazing team around him now, and I believe that to be true. We have a chance to be leaders of the free world, standing for liberty, justice, and freedom for all.

Whomever you are, and whomever you voted for this is our country, and it’s beautiful. I love you and I pray you just have the patience and open mind to see what happens in the next four years. 🇺🇸🤍⚔️🐉🦅

The trauma you locked away in your psyche.

The process of unearthing is not always easy. You dig through rocks and mud. You don't get it all out in one attempt.
But eventually, if you keep going, keep breathing, you can clean the fertile soil of your mind to grow new life.

Gluttony and renunciation are both dangerous paths. The gluttonous will be feeding a belly that can never be satiated. The renunciate is bound to whatever they are trying to deny themselves.

But both gluttony and abstinence are part of being human. The key is simply to abstain or indulge consciously 💚
