Mr. President,
Sir below is an approach; I believe will get us out ahead of 2022. Now is the time you need to go on the offensive against Trump’s election fraud claims. Below is a strategy I believe will not only blunt their attacks but turn the table on Joe Manchin and his cohorts in the Senate. I believe this statement will have a greater impact, if these statements about executive orders come from you. After a statement from you, I and others can repeat and “Amen” your position. “Executive Orders” will leave them without the ability to block or stop you without a long court battle and by then Democrats will have changed the balance of power. More than anything Trump will be off the scene. Please consider this proposed plan and get back to me if there is anything you wish to change or add. I will post this statement on Friday. Lastly, Sir, Americans need to see you take decisive action in a way where you show you know how to use the levers of government to stay within the system to solve problems. The nation needs strong leadership now more than ever!!!!

Americans need to get several things straight, but there is one that stands out above everything. “Former” Pres. Donald Trump invited over 6,000 of his supporters to a “Stop the Steal Rally” at the nation’s Capitol. He charged them up with a speech claiming “voter fraud” was responsible for losing the “2020 Presidential Election. He then sent them off to storm “the Capitol” to “stop the steal.” Trump used the claim of “massive voter fraud” to justify his supporters stopping a process that began with George Washington and “the peaceful transfer of power!!” Trump’s deliberate pre-planned assault on the Capitol building was no different from the cannonballs fired at Fort Sumter (April 12–13, 1861), which began the American Civil War. Trump attacked the United States of America with an armed force, with the intention of holding on to power and overthrowing the government elected by the people.
Benedict Arnold, who was Commandant of West Point, NY, offered to surrender the military fortress to the British, during the Revolutionary War, and for his treason was tried and convicted with far less evidence than Americans saw 1/6 on TV. And, that my fellow Americans is the situation facing the Department of Justice and the American people, with Donald Trump, a proven traitor on the loose. Unlike Trump, Benedict Arnold did not have the whole world, along with Donald Trump, watching the actual video of his whole escapade, in real time, on TV. There is no doubt of Trump’s treason and sedition, the only question is “will Trump be held responsible, like the 3 murderers of Amaud Arbery, for trying and failing to kill democracy????
The Department of Justice is beginning to do its job, regarding Trump. Also, Pres. Biden has given sufficient time to Congress and states to take action to address the so-called “massive voter fraud” alleged by Trump and those that stormed the Capitol. However, the actions of two Democratic Party Senators have blocked Pres. Biden's every move. Yet, every effort attempted by Democrats to pass legislation to protect voting rights and democracy in Congress has failed for the same reason. Simultaneously, unlike Donald Trump, Pres. Biden has the backing of the U.S. Constitution and has decided to act to ensure the American people “voter fraud,” massive or otherwise does not determine the outcome of the United States’ election, as in places like Russia and China. The U.S. Constitution gives the President the legal use of “Executive Orders” to address situations when Congress is either unable or unwilling to act to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution.
Charges of “massive voter fraud,” whether believable or not, cannot simply be pushed aside whether they occurred or not. Confidence in the American electoral system is the basis of democracy in the United States and, as President, Joe Biden has had enough. With democracy itself on the line during every election, as presently, over the next few months, the President will begin issuing a series of “Executive Orders” aimed at ensuring all voting locations on US soil will come under the protection of US Marshals. Pres, Biden declared, “I cannot stand back or idly by and do nothing when the longevity of democracy is at stake and under siege, as presently. I will not preside over the death of democracy in America; it will not die a premature death on my watch!!!”
Every election where a federal position is on the ballot, US Marshals will have responsibility for ensuring the sanctity of ballots at polling locations and their transfer to proper facilities, as well as maintain vigilance over them until election results are finalized. US Marshals will enforce safety and procedures in and around polling sights. They will be responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the welfare of voters and those working at polling sights. Any improper action or attack upon anyone within 100 ft. of a polling place will be considered a federal crime.
Some, especially Republicans will say, this is federal “overreach,” but the President reminded everyone, "I am responding to “claims Republicans have taken to the US Supreme Court and lost every time but continue to push such charges.” For American democracy to maintain the trust of the American people, I, as President, must not have it said by anyone, I did not do everything within the power of the office of President to keep democracy strong. That was the oath I took entering the White House!!
Secondly, the prelude to Pres. Biden pending actions falls under the shadow of Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt. Pres. Roosevelt used the power of “Executive Orders” to bankroll the “New Deal,” until the public and Congress got on board a very wise strategy. Today everyone agrees it was FDR’s bold and decisive actions that turned America’s faltering economy around. Mr. Biden’s actions will make the world safer for democracy everywhere. Trump represents a similar threat to the world, as the N***s in the 1930s. Safeguarding American democracy with “Executive Orders” will ensure Americans have access to the free and fair casting of ballots for federal, as well as state and local elections. Mr. Biden says to his critics, as Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt said to those opposing him, “you can fight me in court, which is the American way” or something to that effect.
