Knight & Wolf is a music publishing and entertainment media. We release music in the modern classical and soundtracks genres and create reviews of films, games and TV shows related to the aesthetics of the Middle Ages and fantasy.
The project was founded in 2017 by composers Ilya Denisov and Alexis Tsarkov and artist Alexander Denisov. The project was based on the same-name musical album Knight & Wolf in the modern classical genre, which was released in 2018. After a while, the name of the album became the name of the project itself.
The first music album of the project is based on the keyboard compositions of Ilya from different periods of his creative life, but many compositions were created specifically for the project. Thanks to the arrangement of Alexei, these compositions were able to be interpreted for performance by the orchestra.
The world of Knight and Wolf is set out in illustrations and poems created by Ilya’s father - Alexander Denisov. Each composition of the album is accompanied by poems and illustrations that complement the sensual world of music with words and images and form the plot of the work. The history of the album tells the story of a wandering knight, in the image of which the creators put the life path of a man who wanders in the maze of life in search of a dream come true.
In 2019, after the final musical performance and exhibition in Nizhny Novgorod, the project began a new stage of development. Now, under the auspices of the project, new music is released in the genre of modern classical, video reviews and other content dedicated to the aesthetics of the Middle Ages and fantasy.

Knight & Wolf (Рыцарь и Волк) — это издательство музыки и развлекательное медиа. Мы выпускаем музыку в жанрах современной классики и саундтрека и создаем обзоры на фильмы, игры и сериалы, связанные с эстетикой средневековья и фэнтези.
Проект был основан в 2017 году композиторами Ильей Денисовым и Алексеем Царьковым и художником Александром Денисовым. В основу проекта лёг музыкальный альбом под названием Рыцарь и Волк, который был издан в 2018 году. Спустя время название альбома стало названием самого проекта.
Первый музыкальный альбом проекта основан на клавишных сочинениях Ильи из разных периодов его творческой жизни, но многие композиции были созданы специально для проекта. Благодаря аранжировке Алексея эти сочинения удалось интерпретировать для исполнения оркестром.
Мир Рыцаря и Волка раскрывается в иллюстрациях и поэтическом либретто под авторством Александра Денисова — отца Ильи. Каждую композицию альбома сопровождают стихи и иллюстрация, которые дополняют чувственный мир музыки словами и образами и формируют сюжет произведения. История альбома повествует о странствующем рыцаре, в образе которого заключены взгляды авторов проекта на жизненный путь мужчины, странствующего в лабиринте жизни в поисках претворения мечты.
В 2019 году после финального музыкального выступления и выставки в Нижнем Новгороде у проекта начался новый этап развития. Теперь под эгидой проекта выпускается новая музыка в жанре современной классики, видео-обзоры и другой контент, посвященный эстетике средневековья и фэнтези.
