Youth Box là cộng đồng giới trẻ yêu thích và tin tưởng vào việc sử dụng các phương thức truyền thông sáng tạo nhằm mang lại các thay đổi tích cực trong xã hội. Youth Box xây dựng nền tảng kết nối người có kỹ năng truyền thông kỹ thuật số với các tổ chức Phi lợi nhuận, tổ chức phát triển xã hội có nhu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ năng, hướng đến kết nối tri thức nhằm mang lại thay đổi cho cá nhân và cộng đồng. ng song việc kết nối thanh niên vào các dự án sản xuất sản phẩm truyền thông, Youth Box còn tạo điều kiện cho thanh niên thực hiện các sản phẩm tin tức, báo cáo, phỏng vấn, phim ngắn và bất kỳ ý tưởng nào nhằm nâng cao nhận thức và chia sẻ tri thức cho thanh niên. Youth Box hoạt động trên tinh thần tình nguyện, hiện do hai nhóm thành viên thường xuyên tại TPHCM và Hà Nội điều hành. Trong tương lai, Youth Box mong muốn được mở rộng mạng lưới thành viên ra các địa phương khác. Youth Box là sáng kiến do Tổ chức Hướng Tới Minh Bạch (Towards Transparency - TT) hỗ trợ. Youth Box is a youth media community, targets on youth aged between 15 – 35 who share the interests in using creative means of communication for positive social changes. Youth Box provides a platform for media skill-owners to meet and cooperate with non-profit and civil society organizations (NGOs and CSOs) to develop critical thinking, advance their knowledge and ready to create positive change in themselves and their communities. Together with engaging youth in media production, Youth Box enables young people to produce communication products of their interests. News, reportages, interviews, talk-shows, short films and video clips or whatever media skill-owners believe to benefit young audiences in Vietnam and globally. In addition, Youth Box can also organize contests, hosting educational initiatives targeting on youth for purposes of awareness raising and knowledge dissemination. Youth Box is developed by a group of core members on a voluntary basis. In the near future, Youth Box is planning to expand a national network across the country.
