Learn about a familiar everyday icon one may not think about. How much do you know about the design and the reasons artist Bui Trang Chuoc chose the particular images that make up the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam? It represents Vietnam’s sovereignty and national identity, a symbol for an independent country and it was formally adopted in 1956.
