Easy as 1 2 3...

Drier sauce and drier cheese made a huge difference last night. Made 8 pizza for dinner. Some got eaten right away And some got taken away! The rest are for lunches today! I intentionally "burn" bits of the crust, this is not accidental this is for flavour! Nothing fancy on top....Italian meats, jalapeño etc

Getting the hang of the flatbreads. They are not cooked in my pizza oven but in a standard large dry frying pan at home so anyone can make them. You have no idea how nice these are! Going to batch bake these and freeze for midweek lunches. Check comments for some close ups!
