Trái đất, năm Covid-19 thứ ba, điều mà không một ai mong đợi. Vậy mà, ba năm nay, như một cơn bão, Covid-19 tràn lần lượt qua các quốc gia trên thế giới, các địa điểm cộng cộng như thư viện, công sở, nhà hàng… thay nhau dần dần phải đóng cửa. Trường học là một trong những nơi bị đóng cửa sớm nhất, và được mở cửa muộn nhất. Có lẽ điểm duy nhất không được phép tối đèn là bệnh viện và nhà thuốc. Đã rất lâu rồi, kể từ Chiến tranh Thế giới lần thứ II, nhân loại mới có một “mục tiêu hòa bình” để cùng hướng tới, đó là chung sống với dịch bệnh Covid-19.
Thế nhưng sáng 24/2/2022, sự kiện Tổng thống Nga Putin công bố và ngay lập tức thực thi “chiến dịch quân sự đặc biệt” tại miền đông Ukraine đã khiến cả thế giới đồng loạt hướng sự quan tâm tới “mục tiêu hòa bình” thứ hai: hòa bình cho vùng đất và người dân Ukraine, hòa bình cho thế giới.
Là những công dân trẻ tuổi của nước Việt Nam, sinh ra và lớn lên trên mảnh đất đã trải qua nhiều cuộc chiến tranh trong quá khứ, vì thế hơn ai hết, chúng tôi luôn hiểu và khát khao hòa bình. Chiến tranh luôn để lại hậu quả nặng nề cho tất cả các phe tham chiến, mà mất mát lớn nhất chính là con người. Do bom rơi, đạn lạc tại các chiến trường, hay đi nhập ngũ mà các gia đình phải ly tán, những đứa trẻ bị mất đi cha mẹ của mình, người mẹ thì chia lìa vĩnh viễn hay chứng kiến những đứa con sống sót trở về nhưng mang trong mình thương tật hay những di chứng tàn khốc của chiến tranh. Thêm vào đó là nhà cửa bị phá hủy, bom mìn chỉ chực chờ cướp đi sinh mạng của những người dân lành, nền kinh tế kiệt quệ, giáo dục trì trệ … và những nỗi đau này sẽ ám ảnh dai dẳng tới nhiều thế hệ sau. Chiến tranh chẳng đem lại gì ngoài nỗi bất hạnh!
Dẫu biết sẽ còn nhiều những tranh cãi bất tận cho mỗi cuộc chiến, cho dù là dịch bệnh hay chiến tranh, cái giá đắt nhất phải trả cho mỗi người dân đó là sinh mạng con người, và nỗi đau đớn khôn nguôi qua lịch sử nhiều thế hệ. Vậy nên, chúng tôi xin được kêu gọi hãy chấm dứt cuộc chiến tranh này trước khi quá muộn. Chúng ta hãy vì một thế giới tốt đẹp hơn, vì tương lai của thế hệ trẻ hãy để cho trẻ em có cơ hội được cầm bút thay vì cầm súng, được đến trường thay vì ra chiến trường.

[APPEALING FOR THE STOP OF THE WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE]
Our earth is now going through, the third year of Covid-19, something that none of us would have ever expected. Like a storm, Covid-19 has been spreading through all the countries around the world, which results in public areas like parks, offices, restaurants… to close down one by one. Schools are one of the places that got closed ever since Covid-19 started, and are reopened most recently. Hospitals and pharmacies are the only places that ought to be opened. It has been quite some time, since the second world war, that humanity has a common “peaceful goal” to achieve to peacefully live along with the Covid-19 pandemic.
However, by the morning of 24 February 2022, Russian President Putin immediately declared the implementation of the so-called “special military movement” in the east area of Ukraine. This has inspired people around the world to fight for the second “peaceful goal” – peace for the land and the citizen of Ukraine, as well as peace for the world.
Being a young citizen of Vietnam, born and grown on the land that has faced many different wars in the past, we always understand the desire for peace more than anyone else. War always leaves a heavy impact on all the parties involved, and the biggest loss is the life of a human being. Due to the bombs and bullets in the battle, the families have to live separately from each other, children lose their parents, and mothers are permanently separated from their children or they have to witness their children return with numerous wounds and scars from the war. Moreover, houses are destroyed, bombs have always been there to kill the innocents, the economy has been declining, education has been hindered…and the pain has impacted younger generations persistently. The war brings nothing but unhappiness.
Though knowing that there have been endless debates on each war, whether it is the pandemic or the war, the most expensive price to be paid is yet to be the lives of the people and the persistent suffering passing through the history of many generations. Thus, we hereunder appeal for the stop of this war before it is too late. We – for the better world, for the future of the young generation, look forward to the goal in which children are handed pens to go to school instead of being handed guns on the battle.

[ПРИЗЫВ К ОСТАНОВЛЕНИЮ
ВОИНЫ РОССИЯ - УКРАИНА]
На нашем земном шаре третий год эпидемии ковид- 19. Третий год, как тайфун ковид -19 распространяется поочереди через государства мира. Общественные пункты как библиотеки, учреждения, офисы, рестараны ... один за другими постепено закрываются. Школы являются раньше всех закрытыми пунктами и будут открываться последними.
Верятно единственные места, где нельзя отключать свет являются болницпми и аптеками. Уже давным давно с второй мировой воины человечество вновь имеет " мтровую цель" , к которой все вместе устремляют- это жить вместе с эпидемией ковид - 19.
Но утром 24-его февраля 2022 опубликование президента России Путина о " специальной военной операции " и немедленное выполнение этой операции на восточной части Украины заставляют весь мир направлять внимание к второй цели мира: " мир Украине; мир украинскому народу; мир миру".
Мы - молодые граждане Вьетнама, родились и выросли в стране, которая прошли в прошлом через ожестокие воины. Поэтому лучше всех мы понимаем и жаждаем мир.
Воина оставляет всем принимающим сторонам тяжелые последствия,люду несут самую большую потерь. Из за бомб, снарядов на полях битвы
или из за поступления в военную службу семьи разлучаются. Дети потеряют своих родителей, матеи навсегда потеряют своих сыновьей. Солдаты возврашаются домой инвалидами или с остаточными явлениями после воины. К этому еще много домов, учреждении, школ, инфраструктур разрушены, истошенная экономика, застой в просвещении...мины, снаряды, лежающие еще в земле продолжают убивать или ранять мирных людей. Эти страдания долго будут преследовать последующие поколения. Воина принесет ничего кроме страдания
Хотя мы знаем что будут еметь много вечных споров с каждой воины. Но из-за либо эпидемии, либо войн цена жизни и стражании людей много поколении является самой высокой, поэтому мы призываем остановить эту войну прежде тем уже поздно.
Ради лучшего мира, ради будущего молодого поколения просим Вам дать детям возможность ходить в школы вместо поступления в военную службу; возможность учиться вместо держания орудии на руках.

[APPEL À L'ARRÊT DE LA GUERRE ENTRE LA RUSSIE ET L'UKRAINE]
La mère Nature, témoigne de la troisième année du Covid-19, à laquelle personne ne s'attendait. Pourtant, depuis trois ans, comme une tempête, le Covid-19 a balayé tous les pays du monde entier, les lieux publics comme les bibliothèques, les bureaux, les restaurants... ont du progressivement fermer . Les écoles sont parmi les endroits qui ont été fermées le plus tôt et sont ouvertes les dernières. Les seuls endroits où les lumières ne sont jamais éteintes sont peut-être les hôpitaux et les pharmacies. Pendant longtemps, depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l'humanité a eu un "objectif pacifique" commun à atteindre, qui est de vivre avec l'épidémie de Covid-19.
Cependant, le matin du 24 février 2022, l'événement que le président russe Poutine a annoncé et immédiatement mis en œuvre une « opération militaire spéciale » dans l'est de l'Ukraine a amené le monde entier à tourner simultanément son attention vers la deuxième « paix cible »: la paix pour la territoire, le peuple d'Ukraine et la paix pour le monde.
En tant que jeunes citoyens du Vietnam, nous sommes nés et élevés dans un pays qui a connu de nombreuses guerres dans le passé, nous comprenons et aspirons toujours à la paix. La guerre laisse toujours de sévères conséquences pour toutes les parties belligérantes, mais la plus grande perte est l’humanité. A cause des chutes de bombes, des balles perdues sur les champs de bataille, ou du passage à l'armée, des familles doivent être séparées, des enfants doivent perdent leurs parents, des mères sont séparées à jamais ou voient des enfants survivants revenir à la vie mais apporté avec eux des blessures ou les séquelles dévastatrices de guerre. Ajoutez à cela, les maisons détruites, les mines terrestres et les mines qui volent la vie de nombreuses personnes font stagner l’é conomie et l'éducation... et ces douleurs hantera des générations pour des générations après. La guerre n'apporte que du malheur !
Sachant qu'il y aura des polémiques sans fin pour chaque guerre, qu'il s'agisse d'une épidémie ou d'une guerre, le prix le plus cher à payer pour chaque citoyen est la vie humaine, et la douleur incessante à travers l'histoire des générations. Par conséquent, nous sommes appelés à mettre fin à cette guerre avant qu'il ne soit trop t**d. Pour un monde meilleur, pour l'avenir de la jeune génération, donnons aux enfants la possibilité de tenir un stylo au lieu d'un fusil, d'aller à l'école au lieu d'aller à la guerre.
