I don't know about you, but pecan pie gets me in the holiday mood! This pecan pie cupcake is a buttered pecan cake with a rich caramel-y pecan pie filling. The frosting is caramel whipped cream and it is topped with a toasted pecan half. This is my favorite of all the ones made this weekend! Yummy!

BACON! Trust me--this is soooo good! It is a maple cupcake with maple candied bacon pieces mixed into the batter. The cupcake is topped with maple cream cheese frosting and a maple brown sugar candied bacon piece. It's a dessert, it's "breakfasty," it's yummy! It was a hit with my taste testers!
