👉🏼Agreed terms in this case:
Timber Creek agreed to the terms below (a plea deal) in exchange for the Ohio Attorney General closing the investigation through 02/02/2024.

1-Timber Creek cannot accept money for goods/services, then fail to deliver those goods/services within 8 weeks or make a FULL refund.
2-Timber Creek cannot refuse refund of 100% due failure to provide goods/services within 8 weeks.
3-Timber Creek cannot charge a restocking fee unless clearly noted in contract & related to actual cost of building
4-Timber Creek cannot charge a restocking fee when customer asks to cancel after 8 weeks due to failure to deliver.
5-Timber Creek cannot include a liquidated damages clause in contracts
6-Timber Creek agrees pending or future complaints filed with OAG are to be satisfied in good faith (set in terms)
👉🏼 $15,000 - Timber Creek is to pay Ohio Attorney General for reimbursement of Investigation at $1,250/month (first payment was due 13 days after order)

Being investigated for arson, the report stated… after a fire destroyed tens of thousands of dollars in sheds years ago. Keith Cullison with TimberCreek was interviewed. They were struggling at that time… sounds like they had good insurance 😏

Police and firefighters were called to a fire at Timber Creek Structures at the corner of Columbia Place just after 2:30 a.m.

THEY ARE SINGING THE SAME SONG…
Word for word… Timber Creek Structures has said these EXACT words for YEARS. Did the reporter talk to a robot!? It’s just an excuse. Oh…and “responding” to BBB complaints? … responding with a word or two is not resolving the issue. One or two words, like “Hi” or “contact us” to a BBB complaint is just the way to satisfy the complaint with a response (you could literally sing a song in response). These generic responses are how they get away with stating they have “responded” to all the complaints.

“ …these people are still luring in trusting customers (like myself) with their fair prices, but then shafting them with ridiculous, only rarely honored timelines. On Weds July 26, I quite reasonably asked for photos of my pavilion after they failed to deliver on time and had even given them an extra week, and they didn't even bother to do that for me. I frankly think they never started my 10x12 pavilion. I have every reason to believe they're modern day pirates, and should be in jail. They still have my $1066.96 deposit.
