Trustee Madison Miner is being attacked by the California Teacher’s Union solely because she cares about the Health and Education of the children in the OUSD and because she fighting for the rights of parents to be involved in ALL decisions while their children in the care of employees of the OUSD.

The CTA, NEA and the Orange Unified Education Association (OUEA) is actively involved in the sexualization of children, reduction of education, and indoctrination of the children in the OUSD. They despise the fact the Madison is exposing the Teacher’s Union cabal’s intentions and motivations. The also hate that they cannot move forward with their desire to do what they want with the children behind the parents backs and without their knowledge.

We must take action to rid our district of APLE's influence on education and anything else that has to do with the mental and physical health of our children. Their influence on curriculum, programs, policies, and resources are outdated, dangerous, and not suitable for modern-day students. We must make sure our district is a safe place for all types of learning. We need to ensure that our students are provided with the right resources, skills, and guidance to thrive in the digital age.

Every person who knowingly sends or causes to be sent, or brings or causes to be brought, into this state for sale or distribution, or in this state possesses, prepares, publishes, produces, develops, duplicates, or prints any representation of information, data, or image, including, but not limited to, any film, filmstrip, photograph, negative, slide, photocopy, videotape, video laser disc, computer hardware, computer software, computer floppy disc, data storage media, CD-ROM, or computer-generated equipment or any other computer-generated image that contains or incorporates in any manner, any film or filmstrip, with intent to distribute or exhibit to, or to exchange with, a person under 18 years of age, or who offers to distribute, distributes, or exhibits to, or exchanges with, a person under 18 years of age any matter, knowing that the matter depicts a person under the age of 18 years personally engaging in or personally simulating sexual conduct, as defined in Section 311.4, is guilty of a felony. It is not necessary to prove commercial consideration or that the matter is obscene in order to establish a violation of this subdivision.

(e)Subdivisions (a) to (d), inclusive, do not apply to the activities of law enforcement and prosecuting agencies in the investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses, to legitimate medical, scientific, or educational activities, or to lawful conduct between spouses.
