If the Price is Advertised 3 4lb Bags of Sugar for $8.99 The store must Honor That Price If not it's called False advertisement Which finds and penalties can occur including potential law Suits .

Scenario: The Digital sign outside says 3 4lb bags of sugar for $8.99 But the sign inside the store says 2 4lb bags of sugar for $8.99 . Instead of management/Employees Adjust the price at the Cash register they rather Argue with paying customers.. This is not a way to conduct business !
