Among the Complaints of Invoices NOT Being Paid by Borelli While Deputy Commissioner of #YonkersDPW, He Has Also Been Accused of Abusing His Power During His Short But Controversial Tenure as the Commissioner of the Yonkers Building Dept. So Why Is the #YonkersIG Avoiding an Investigation Into the Allegations Which Were Sent Along With Documentation Highlighting Exactly What Sam Dadhal Has Stated. Mr. Dadhal Says That the Yonkers Inspector General Only Does What the Administration Tells Him to Do. If True, That Present an Even Bigger Problem Altogether.

On This Episode: Today I Went to Court to Be Arraigned Without Being Charged, Arrested or Served With Court Documents...
Yesterday I learned that I was going to be arraigned in #Yonkers City Court over a complaint filed by someone who has been harassing, threatening and bullying my family online. What's strange is that I was not notified about it and had I not gone, a warrant would have been issued for my arrest.
What's also concerning is the connection the judges have to politically powerful people. In Yonkers, judges are selected NOT elected. According to political insiders, judges must wait "their turn" and cannot freely run in open elections if they want the support of the party along with the endorsements that come with it. But what happens when you decide that you will not let someone tell you that you have to wait "your turn" to pursue your dreams? Well that's exactly what one judge did and it resulted in Grievances being filed against her...

On This Episode: Freshman Councilwoman Deana Robinson's First Meeting as Madame Chair...
Tonight's meeting of the Mental Health & Human Services Committee was lead by the newly elected councilwoman of the 1st District, Deana Robinson. However, that's not what made this meeting interesting. Corazon Pineda Isaac introduced legislation, one that solely was for the benefit of the residents of #Yonkers but it was not received well, indicative of the treatment Isaac has been receiving since running for mayor. Corazon pushed back as Acting Building Department Commissioner and associate, rejected Pineda Isaac's legislation, saying she understood their position but it was important that the legislation be passed as residents are the ones who stand to gain. The legislation was in regards to housing complaints from many residents specifically in district 1, 2 & 3 but throughout the city.

Early this morning, the Yonkers Ledger, the newest and fastest growing news publication, published a bombshell article that contained audio of deadly threats made by a #Yonkers New York council member and the Democratic Majority Leader, Tasha Diaz. Diaz has a history of unleashing verbal assaults on anyone who opposes including but not limited to colleagues and constituents alike.
The article has since be shared many times over and now the residents of the city of Yonkers are wondering what consequences if any will Mrs. Diaz face as threats like, "I'll Slit the B*** Throat" and "I'll Slap the F***ing Taste Out Your Mouth" made by most people towards an elected government official would certainly at the very least, lead to an investigation by law enforcement and possible arrest. That's exactly what happened to a Yonkers man who made threats to the mayor and #YonkersPolice Officers.
However, this is Yonkers and the person t the center of the latest controversy is the Majority "Gang" Leader and many believe that means she will most likely not face any repercussions. I believe that as long as We The People continue to speak out and keep speaking out, eventually those guilty of CORRUPTION will have to deal with the consequences.
Plus, the 2023 City of Yonkers salary list has been released. Many are wondering, how can the city afford to pay employees on average over $150,000 a year. Earlier today, the #Yonkers City Council held it's annual reorganization meeting. This is when Council Members are assigned a committee and when the Majority & Minority Leaders are selected. This was also the first city council meeting for Deana Robinson, who is the only new council member.
Things got interesting when the councilman from the 6th district, Anthony Merante expressed his disappointment that he had not been given a committee to chair. Chairing a committee comes with a $15,000 stipend on top of a council member's base salary. He also surprised some when he began talking about Retaliation. District 2 council representative Corazon Pineda Isaac also expressed some concerns about the person named Majority Leader, specifically when it came to how a Majority Leader is expected to conduct themselves.
