Fact is… I’m not always the best at finding the best foods. I do try to make better choices most of the time. It’s definitely hard during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The pressure to make the most sugary delicious dishes is real!!
Why can’t we have something amazing and better for us at the same time? Gutcheck.org has a great article pointing out all those unnecessary additives and foods that we feed our families for the holidays. And we wonder why Bobbie Joe is on his last leg and we may not be able to see them next year… it’s probably because we serve heart attacks on a platter.
