As entrepreneurs who lead from the heart, we find it hard some times to know our worth.

We say to ourselves “well, there are people out there who are better than me.”

“I’m scared to charge more because what if they say no”

“I’ll just hop on one more free call. Maybe then they’ll sign on.”

We need to realize our worth, especially in the beginning phases of building our business. We need to know it’s ok to charge the right amount and fill the sh*t out of our cups. Because when our cup is full we have more to give.

In order to create the life you want - you have to get extremely clear on your vision.

I have a daily visualization practice that allows me to tap into all 5 senses and tie that visualization to my emotions.

When we fix our goals to our emotions, the action becomes easier.

13 years ago when my first business failed, my mom said something to me that would shape how I approach any failure, change, or rock bottom moment l’d ever face.

At the time it was just a mom doing what loving moms do. Saying the thing I needed to hear.

She simply said “Justin, you’re headed in the right direction. Just keep your head up and keeping moving forward.”

What I later realized was change, disruption, failure, and uncertainty is inevitable.

But it’s up to us to make sure we keep moving forward.
Not everything is in our control, but how we react to those things is 100% ours to own.

So, whoever needs to hear this now, like I needed to hear it then. Keep your head up. Keep moving forward and I’ll see you at the top!

Happy International Podcast Day!

I’m so insanely grateful for this little thing called podcasting and everyone who has come on this journey with me.

8 1/2 years ago I was living paycheck to paycheck, asking when my next vacation is. Miserable, unfulfilled, and HOPING something would change.

Fast forward, I now have the blessings of a business that affords me a life that I want. I’ve reached millions of people. I’ve gotten to speak on stages across the country, host my own event, and I’ve made some of the most amazing friendships anyone could ask for.

The secret was learning from the masters and then putting in the action. And now I get the honor of teaching others how to do the same thing! Live in their purpose and be full of abundance.

“You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” You’ve probably heard that quote before, right? But it’s not just a catchy line—it’s a reality check. Who you surround yourself with directly impacts your mindset, your goals, and your path to success.

When you’re building something—whether it’s a business, a new habit, or a better version of yourself—surround yourself with people who support your vision and push you to level up. You need those who aren’t afraid to challenge you, hold you accountable, and remind you that you’re capable of more, even when you doubt yourself.

I was never given permission to be anything but happy.

Until someone one day told me, that it’s ok that I was angry one day.

Then the realization hit me that we are all human, with a massive range of emotions - and no matter how we feel in any given moment, that it’s ok that we feel that way. And we must allow ourselves to feel it…fully.

So, whatever emotion you’re feeling right now. I want to let you know, that it’s ok.

I remember this day 23 years ago, like it was yesterday. As I walked into my classroom that morning I was pushed aside by a girl crying, she ran into the room and turned the tv on. We then watched live as the second plane flew into the second tower. Her father worked in those buildings.

I remember how the world stood still as we felt hopeless. Felt scared. I remember for days, just watching as they cleared the rubble, and people were just looking for hope.

But, more importantly, I remember that our nation came together and stood strong. We picked up our fellow man, people endlessly bought coffee for strangers. Looked people in the eye and smiled. We were connected. I learned that through tragedy we can find hope, we can be fearless, and we can love more. Every day is a gift, don’t waste a moment. Our country needs to remember, NOW more than ever, how to come together again. Never Forget.

I can be a procrastinator at times. Who’s with me?
You know those things that are tedious, difficult, uncomfortable to do.

So, I wanted to share a hack with you that I started to implement awhile back and it has become a game changer for me! I call it the 15 minute rule. Anything I would usually put off like editing, writing, working out - in that moment that I say “eh, I don’t want to do that right now” - Instead of putting it off, I commit to 15 mins.

If after that 15 mins I still don’t want to do it. I’ll stop. But what I found is the things I want to put off aren’t as hard, tedious, or as painful as I thought. The bottom line is this 15 minute rule allows me to get more sh*t done in a day than I could ever imagine.
Give it a try.

Stop beating yourself up over the “what if I did things differently” “what if I didn’t say that, or do that” “if only I was at this place at this time”

Realize that where you are is exactly where you’re supposed to be. The what is, the realities of your current circumstance, is exactly what you need on your journey to what will be!
