’Twas the TV Night Before Christmas — MediaMelanieTV edition
’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the stream,
Not a spoiler was stirring… (okay, that’s a dream).
The remote was on standby, the snacks were on deck,
I was ready to “stream it or skip it” — no stress, no regret.
First stop: — where vacations feel cursed. One wrong toast at dinner and somebody’s always the worst.
Then straight into Gilead (because joy is a choice),
had me yelling “OH COME ON” at my voice.
I dipped into — nut cheese, chaos, and clues,
The kind of show that makes your group chat break the news.
Back to — suspects, bodies, and bits,
Where every new episode screams “WAIT—that doesn’t fit!”
In Split River with , the theories got loud,
Ghosts got messy and I got investigative-proud.
Down the elevator for (hello, office dread),
Where the weird gets weirder and my brain needs a bed.
Back underground with , the lore got deep,
One more “what’s outside?” and there goes my sleep.
Then rolled in—prestige, tension, that look,
The kind of finale that closes the chapter like a hook.
I took a detour to Godolkin— went wild,
Super-powered chaos with the energy of an unsupervised child.
And through the mist of Derry, I heard a faint “hee-hee,”
Because said “sweet dreams… try and see.”
For romance and rivalries, I had one more decree:
said “feelings count… now panic with me.”
Then 15 hit hard — “just one more,” I swore,
And suddenly it’s 2am and I’m starting one more.
So here’s to this year: the twists, the mess, the delight,
The recaps, the theories, the “wait—rewind that” night.
Merry TV-mas to all, and to all a good night—until the next drop hits and I’m back on the mic. 🎄📺
