***PUBLIC STATEMENT ON CHANGES WITH KJG MEDIA AND PROMOTIONS, LLC***

After a rewarding 3 weeks on business in Fort Wayne, Nashville, and Atlanta - there's a lot I've learned, which is leading to HUGE changes in my company.
After many hard decisions I've had to face, I have agreed to make the following changes that will benefit KJG Media and Promotions, LLC.
Please read these changes VERY CAREFULLY. I ask you to respect my decision kindly and know that it was not taken lightly, but needs to be shared.
1) Changes In Staffing:
- John Graham's position is moving down. He is no longer a business partner as of August 30th, 2024 as he is exiting the foundership of KJG Media and Promotions, LLC. This does not affect friendship as friends and business stay separate in all business decisions. Graham will become a part-time remote tech for The Kayden Gordon Show, Today's Best Country Mix and Kayden Gordon Radio Network. He will not have any decision power in any promotion dealings. John has stated he wants to focus more into his radio station and working with Amazon. This decision was not taken lightly and was made in it's best interest for both parties. In no way shape or form, this decision was made easy, but it was the right decision to make due to me wanting him to focus on his own radio station and building that.
Clientele:
2) The following artists I am no longer working with in any promotion or management:
- Eric Diamond as of June 2024
- The Hammond Brothers as of June 2024
These are the only two at this time. Please do not ask any questions as these are internal business decisions and I needed to clarify this as I am still getting people asking me and I need to make it clear who I am NOT associating myself with anymore. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter. In no way shape or form, do I have any comment to state on Mr. Eric Diamond or Mr. Dale Hammond of The Hammond Brothers. I wish them well in their musical careers.
In the coming months, you may be getting an email from me discussing about next steps and potentially scaling back on working together. There is currently only 1 person that will be receiving an email from someone who is not paying me what I am worth and I am sick of being taken advantage of, which is why I will be enforcing this going forward. Thank you for your understanding.
3) Companies:
Currently, I am not with any company as I have departed from Big Records and Beyond The Bars Management Co. This is allowing me time to focus in on my company "KJG Media and Promotions, LLC". In no way shape or form, do I have any comment to state on Mr. Mark Rosner, of Big Records or Ms. Shanna McCrory of Beyond The Bars Management Co. All decisions are to better suit our companies. I wish them the very best on their journey to success.
I WANT TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT I HAVE NO HARD FEELINGS ON ANY PARTICULAR PERSON OR OUT TO GET THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. AGAIN, ALL DECISIONS ARE MADE TO BENEFIT MY BUSINESS AND BENEFIT MY ARTISTS!

4) I have artists that I have agreed to MANAGE and PROMOTE for the next year and beyond unless otherwise stated by me in a press release or any written communication by Kayden Gordon or KJG Media and Promotions, LLC. This does not include just promotion.
PROMOTION = Hired services
MANAGEMENT = In charge of their careers and guiding them in the direction with all aspects of the music industry
I am excited to be taking on the following artists as MANAGEMENT:
- Ms. Beth Holli, effective (Birmingham, Alabama)
- Ms. Christina Alexander & Mr. Elliot Simon of Mission Road effective (Harpers Ferry, West Virgina)
- Ms. Bailey Perrie effective (Perth, Australia)
- Mr. Michael G. Sparger, effective (Lafayette, Indiana)

Once again, I also want to make myself VERY CLEAR. I, Kayden T. Gordon, of KJG Media and Promotions, LLC. am the only company that is managing these artists. Artists have and always will have the free ability as always to hire other promotion companies. HOWEVER, I am your primary contact for these artists.
5) - More Help with Administrative Work!
I am so excited and so thankful to be bringing on Ms. Tammy Curcuru and Ms. Christine West to handle even MORE admin work! Tammy is taking lead on many projects and we have a team meeting with Ms. Christine West and Ms. Tammy Curcuru after the holiday weekend to discuss further.
