Last night is one I'll remember forever. ❤️ Seeing The Heels shine as they opened for one of my all time favorite artists, Ricky Skaggs brought back a flood of memories! The kindest man, and dedicated to sharing his love for Jesus and making a difference in the lives he touches. I hadn't seen Ricky since Gilleys back in the 1980's! Never miss an opportunity for their powerful show! Ricky mentioned a Christmas show is in the works! Stayed tuned, I will add that to my must see show! Opening up for Ricky Skaggs at The Dosey Doe Big Barn in The Woodlands Texas was an incredible milestone for The Heels. The crowd at Dosey Doe always exceeds our expectations -just like the sound on the beautiful hardwood stage, it’s a magical room and experience. 🙏 Thank-you to everyone who bought a ticket and merchandise, your support means the world to us!
Watching Ricky and his exceptionally talented band Kentucky Thunder was so inspiring. The musicianship Ricky and his band display is jaw-dropping! If you ever have a chance to attend a concert -you must go! It was so moving. 🥰
Post-show we had the pleasure of spending time with Ricky, we chatted about music, life, the world and the unconditional love and undeniable power of Jesus. A conversation we will never forget. We thank God daily for this journey and where He leads us.
Ricky has a mission of spreading joy, light and God’s love through music -just like us. 🥰 Last night we met one of the most heart-warming talents in country music, the legendary Ricky Skaggs!
