Passing by the mirror in the bathroom this morning and I went...Who is that big guy? I never knew I had the disipline and commitment to push myself to getting healthy. Just know, this is just the beginning I'm far from done. I do appreciate the compliments I get for sure. I'm bulking up because this is a new me and new life and I LOVE IT ❤️!! 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

4 week weigh in, seeing a significant difference in muscle and the change in my body...I'm so proud to be in shape..
And since January I was 280...now after 3 complete months of exercising and working out, lifting I'm down to 252...thank you Coach Christine Porter Offerdalh and my beautiful wife for supporting me..💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

1 month 6 days and the muscle is building, there is pain, and that means the change is coming, starting to feel the swell, protein, and creatine loading them up and getting swoll...Loving this new journey!!🏋️‍♂️💪🏻🔥

I am suspended from iracing in offical races because of "Tanking" as I'm accused...never heard of it...but I guess now I know.....to many crashes in to many series.. Maybe I need to focus....?
