Please note that after a careful analysis of our online activities, we have decided to adapt our business model. In the coming weeks, you will notice the following changes in your online experience on our US website:
· Our product offerings will be mainly focused on Pro AVL and UCAV (Unified Communications Audio Visual) brands.
· With the ambition of providing a personalized advisory approach, we will favor online forms and calls with our team of experts. Online direct transactions and accounts will be disabled as of January 17, 2025.
· A US warehouse clearance sale will take place from Dec 9, 2024 to Jan 17, 2025 to allow you to take advantage of our accrued inventory while supplies last. All products sold during this period will be without a legal warranty (sold as is). We will honor the warranty on any product purchase made prior to Dec 9, 2024.
· Our Rewards Program will end January 17, 2025; you may use and redeem your accrued points by this date, after which they will no longer be valid.
Our California warehouse will be closed as of January 31, 2025, after which any on-site visit or delivery will not be possible. All sales and operations be redistributed among our existing offices in Nashville, Orlando, Miami, and Las Vegas.
This change has no impact on our services delivered by our Canadian and British teams.
