Our heartfelt deepest condolences go out to our ABATE of Ohio family on the loss of Chairman of the Board Mike Stock. He was a dear friend, a true Freedom Fighter and a fine man who will be terribly missed. Ride free on the ribbons of Heaven, dear Brother! 🙏🇺🇸❤️

The issue IS up online on the website and just a quick note to let everyone know that we STILL do not have power, phone, Internet, A/C, etc here. Cell phone & data service is also really sketchy, so even access that way is difficult. We were hit hard by the tornado that came through Tuesday afternoon but are doing okay. Grateful to God that it wasn't worse.🙏 Lots of limbs, trees & transformers down. Thank goodness for the propane grill!😉 So please be patient and bear with us if you're not getting a response to any calls, messages or emails for a while. Said it might be next Wednesday before we're back up.😵‍💫

RIDE 'N' ROLL ANNOUNCEMENT ~~
With the loss of dear Bill, it was a late decision in putting on this year's Ride 'N' Roll event so I had to make the start date June 1st this year, as we've done a couple times in the past and run it to Nov. 1st. The Ride 'N' Roll was hard enough for two experienced people, but trying to do it by myself, with graciously some new helpers to train, overwhelmed me and I ran out of hours. I do SO miss Bill! Due to the heartbreaking circumstances of losing Editor Bill, the 2023 September-October issue of Ridin' On Motorcycle Magazine was cancelled. We hope and believe you all can understand this. Bill’s wife, Darlene and his daughter, Rachelle, are still finding their footing after such an unexpected, devastating loss. We ask for continued prayers and patience, and that you please keep visiting our fine advertisers to keep their wheels turning.

Ridin' On Motorcycle Magazine will return with the November-December issue, which will (of course) be a tribute to our founder and brother, Bill Bish. As such, we are putting out an urgent call to all of our Ridin’ and Rollin’ family! William H. “Bill” Bish, age 65, of Westlake, Ohio passed away with his loving wife by his side on Friday, August 4, 2023 due to medical complications. Family will receive friends to celebrate Bill’s life Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 4 PM-8 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park OH 44126. Funeral Services 10 AM on Friday, August 18, 2023 at the Funeral Home with a procession following to the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville/Rittman, OH 44273 where he will be interred with full military honors. We ask all to come send Bill off right with a motorcycle es**rt as big as his heart and personality were.

Bill was born in Des Moines, Iowa and had a broad smile and was kind, GOOD man and a friend to all. He and Darlene truly loved each other, married in 1996 and had their daughter Rachelle. He was a proud Marine, worked for the NRA, Easyriders Magazine, Law Offices of Richard Lester/National Coalition of Motorcyclists and Law Offices of Ralph C. Buss. He was a Patriot and member of many ABATEs and Motorcycle Rights Organizations and fought for Bikers' Rights for over 40 years. He and Darlene have published Ridin' On Motorcycle Magazine since 2007 as a labor of love to inform and entertain their Bikerdom family.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must tell our precious Bikerdom family that our wonderful Ridin’ On Editor/Publisher William “Bill” Bish passed away Friday, August 4th, 2023 unexpectedly from medical complications while at the VA Hospital. Bill was a proud Marine and an exceptionally GOOD man full of integrity, compassion and a friend to all. His adult life centered around motorcycling and his passion for the lifestyle. Funeral arrangement details will be posted soon and, of course, all our Bikers are welcome to come send him off with honor to the National Cemetery. The Loves of his life, his wife Darlene and daughter Rachelle, are completely devastated and heartbroken. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Please respect their tremendous loss and understand this is a difficult transitional time and delay any business questions for a while. Thank you.
