414 pounds of donated pantry items! Thank you to everyone who brought food items to the Harlem Wizards game on Monday night. 414 pounds of impact!

Our partnership with Waukee Area Christian Services is the reason the afterschool fridges stay stocked at our secondary-level schools. WACS oversees the food rescue program for our community and keeps our schools on their delivery roster throughout the school year, ensuring students who need access to food at the end of the school day have a full fridge ready for them. Volunteers from The Food GRID complete the deliveries throughout the week. We couldn't do this work without these partners!

So anytime we can help keep their shelves stocked, we're in!

Thank you to everyone who donated items! As we look ahead to the holiday season and you need a place to donate food items in support of those experiencing food insecurity in our community, Waukee Area Christian Services makes it happen.
