When you're a CT business but your reach is....... not really local 🤯This is where only posting "trends" or content "instagram is favoring" may not be in your best interest. Sure, MAYBE your account is gaining followers or engagement.... but what's your actual goal? Because if it's sales or gaining foot traffic, this ain't ittttt!!!

Speak to your demographic --- this is where messaging is I M P O R T A N T. Having a social team to support in the language you're using across the board (online & in person) will elevate & align you DIRECTLY with your true business goals.

(Alsoooooooo - enough with comparing your page to the next person. You don't know how much they're spending on ads OR sometimes paying for followers & engagements.... Don't let robots literally keep you tossing & turning all night LOL)

The information overload is getting a little crazy… AMMIRITEEEEEE!?So much “should do” content roaming around where if you’re not giving yourself time alone to actually process what YOUR BODY is telling you… you’ll never get any results you actually want.

When thoughts & feelings come up, figure out where it’s coming from — to sit in it, overthink in it, and really try to nail down what you’re actualllllllly thinking.

When you find yourself in uncomfortable situations, sometimes it may just go back to how deeply conditioned we are to “follow the rules” vs “be delusional” and do what’s best for our own bodies. Take a minute to think 🤍 //

CT LIVE✨ Recognizing Communication Preferences — What is right for you?

🤍 CT Live, thank you for inviting Danielle Chylinski back! People are understanding and exploring more of how they want to communicate on a regular basis whether it's call, text, zoom/video, email, social DM... all the things!! People have created ~well some people~ parameters around what they can tolerate versus not tolerate - mentally, physically & emotionally. Setting boundaries for how you communicate is very important. Work and play now seem to blend together and that’s why I feel it is important to recognize what our current personal communication style is, and ask those who were working with what theirs is. I don’t think there is enough conversation around our different styles, and how we operate best, but we NEEEEED to take ownership. In general, before COVID, I think a lot of us already felt overloaded. And now we’re learning that yessss it is possible to feel more overloaded than before. 😶 You are in control of your time and how you want to spend it and I think we forget about that a lot... Whether you own your own business or you work for a large corporate company or nonprofit, you are still in control. Be kind to yourself & take breaks from communicating if it feels like way too much. Decide how you work best, and what it looks like when you feel your best. Recognize that it is your responsibility to share with those you’re working with how you operate.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Danielle founded Chylinski Media, LLC in January of 2020. The company was created to serve small businesses and working professionals in maintaining their positive image and relevance within their communities by leveraging social media platforms. Throughout her education and early career, Danielle has always been the “go to” social media person. Her expertise is in social media content, personal branding, communications and public relations. Previously, Danielle served as Communications Manager at the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter in Southington, Connecticut, where she created a media plan and executed media buys for all seven Walk to End Alzheimers’ across the state.
