Good News For Today

In light of current events there will be no GNFT episode this week. GNFT was created to be a distraction and a reprieve from the news coverage which at the time of its inception largely focused on the global health crisis relating to the Novel Coronavirus pandemic. I’ve always maintained that I would not use GNFT as a platform or soapbox and that I wouldn’t delve into polarizing issues.

At present the news is focused on other current issues that I believe are very important and require us as a nation to focus on them, instead of sweeping them under the rug like we are so often inclined to do.

GNFT will return next week. As always stay happy, stay safe, and stay healthy.

Interesting article with some good advice. I hadn't read this article until today, but it really resonated with me regarding the reasons I started GNFT to begin with. Sitting at my computer, reading feel good articles and then sharing them with the people I love makes me feel better both physically and emotionally.

If you need some help to be happier during these trying times, these studies show various ways that loving from a distance can help.
